“I wish there was a sixth star for "excellent" because this has been my experience with iTokri. First, the product is of the best quality and fantastic value for money. The shipping was speedy and the customer service is among the best I have ever experienced. This is an outstanding business and I can't recommend it more highly. “The saari I ordered and received from iTokri is of very good quality, just as I had expected. Can't wait to wear it. Once I do, will share a photograph of the same. Really nice of them to use newspapers as wrapping. And loved the gift...very well thought out. This is not the first time I have bought anything from iTokri and won't be the last. ❤️”

“product was good, delivered on time . I only have one suggestion , the material was packed in a paper box so very ecofreindly but this box was packed in soo much cellotape both the times i purchased . I would request you to use less packing tape to be more ecofriendly”

“I have been ordering items with itokri since long. What I receive each time is not just my items but, warmth. From the way items are packaged to the way personal notes and small gifts are delivered, it spreads smile on my face every single time. This time one of my earrings was damaged, but the way they assisted me and gave me a gift card in exchange of it, I felt extremely satisfied. I would like to thank all the staff for their politeness and all the help they offered to me. Great work. And kudos to the artisans who design such exquisite articles.
