“I am glad I decided to respond to the ads and take the plunge to shop at iTokri. The necklace was beautiful and was exactly as advertised. The dolls were also of good quality and were nicely packed. Above all, the delivery time was very quick and I really appreciate the personal touch of hand-written notes from the team! I was pleasantly surprised by the gifts I received with both my orders. “I love the products on itokri albiet it is a little on the higher side. However it is still a nice place to find some unique stuff made by craftsmen from all across India. which is why I look at things and buy on and off. I had bought fabrics a few years ago which was very well packaged. It came in cloth covers instead of plastic bags like most other websites send. That definitely impressed me. Recently I purchased a few more items from itokri and it was promptly delivered. All as shown in the website. Along with it I recieved a nice keychain as a complementary free gift which certainly shows how much they try to go the extra mile. I hope you continue your service in the same way and introduce us to more products handmade by the artisans of our country. Once again it was a pleasant experience all in all. Kudos to the whole team for running it smoothly.”
