“Bought a shawl recently. Excellent product. Packing needs improvement. While using newspaper and recycled cardboard boxes are a good idea, receiving a Pashmina wrapped up in newspaper is a bit odd. I'm sure there are better and more pleasing recycled wrapping materials available. Being eco-friendly should not mean being down-at-heel!”

“Recent order ended up a bitter experience. I ordered because you offered 2 cushion cases at Rs750. But a few days after the payment you people called to say that it was a mistake and i will get only one case for the amount. What kind of professionalism is that , i wonder!! The trust of a customer once broken is broken forever. So goodbye dear iTokri.”

“I ordered attar(itra) from this site, on recommendation from my uncle. The quality of attars is tooooo good! loved the smell, authenticity and still at reasonable price. The delivery was superb and with very nice packaging! I would highly recommend itokri site for your shopping. p.s. they give a small gift with each order too, which I love by the way!! :) kudos! looking forward to more and more shopping!”
