“I had orders 3 scarfs and 3 potli as gift bags . I recd one scarf with no heming … very very shabby . The potli’s were very different from the images . You are taking your customers for granted . Your call center says potli cannot be returned . May I know why . Specially when you have sent me the wrong one”

“Hi! This time the Vidarbha Tussar Cotton Silk material was not so good- it neither had the lustre/sheen of silk nor the softness of cotton.”

“I had a great experience with itokri. I shopped from UK but there were some fabrics which were not available after I paid for them, but the team got back to me pretty quickly and the matter was resolved ASAP. Their communication is pretty good, just a bit gutted they ran out of the fabric before they could ship it to me. The quality of their fabric is really good and I bought some original Art ( which is possibly the best thing I ever got) and their handcraft stuff was amazing. I genuinely recommend getting handicrafts and fabrics from here.”

“I have been a long standing customer of itokri since 2015. It's the best place to buy, enjoy and cherish fabrics, knick knacks and a whole lot of Indian arts. Always a pleasure to shop here.”

“I am usually happy with the customer experience offered by your platform. However, I would recommend that you add a feature on your website for individual reviews of products rather than just a overall review - it will help bring issues to light pre-purchase and reduce the instances of return/replacement.”
