“Thank you so much for the lovely incense and a beautiful gift. I loved the packaging made of papers and no plastic used, so very thoughtful. And the hand written letter adds so much of positivity to the entire experience. It really feels like receiving a gift from a friend and not receiving a package.😊”

“Some of the products that can’t be shipped outside India should have clear mention of it. The sets I ordered had waxed candle which is not allowed and must be removed. If I had known abt it I wouldn’t have purchased the item.”

“I had ordered a kaftan from itokri. It was delivered on time, the product looked exactly how it appeared on the site. I am very satisfied with the product. Above all, the handwritten note of Jia with a gift (something that I was browsing) shows the attention to detail and the personal touch. Really appreciate it and wish that their endeavours are successful.”
