“As a fan of Indian crafts, I love to shop on iTokri. They have a good variety across most of the crafts that I have explored like phulkari, ajrak, kantha etc. The website navigation is good and search results are also apt making it easy to shop. In some products though color may be a shade different due to the photography, but mostly its apt. Also I love the personal touch by their team in each shipment, makes me feel like I am shopping from a very personally known brand.”

“I was looking for sarees in 100% natural fabrics online when I stumbled across this gem of a company. Called with a question, got an immediate and helpful response. Ordered 2 sarees, one cotton one linen, they are just as described, fall and hemming done well and really good quality. Received the packet promptly (considering the sewing and international shipping) with a lovely note from the founder. An all-round great experience and I will definitely be shopping from them again. Go check out Itokri! They are also doing good for the planet, employing artisans in traditional crafts with fair pay, empowering women and eco conscious. What a win ❤️”

“I have bought quite many items on your portal from materials, to napkins, hand hammered pital masala boxes, dupattas and sarees. Mostly these were good purchases. However I was most recently disappointed by the sarees I bought a few days ago. One Kanchipuram cotton saree was shown as purple with a pink border; what I received was midnight blue with a virulent rani pink border. Another turquoise green Kanchpuram saree was shown with a narrow silver zari border; what I received was a big silver border; the "pure art silk" grey and pink saree was extremely fragile and thin liable to tear on wearing. Hence, I am dejected and therefore unlikely to buy any sarees or fabrics from itokri.com in future. Please could you try and be correct and precise in depicting on your portal?”
