“Thank you Itokri, for the absolutely wonderful service and products as usual. Nothing is too much trouble and the quality of products we have now ordered on numerous occasions continues to exceed our expectations. You know when you buy from Itokri you are supporting an ethical business that values artisan's and their work as well as the customers who buy from them. We will be ordering again soon.”

“Do not use this site for sending international shipments or gifts. They give you a tracking number which is useless. If you follow up they send another tracking number and duties are charged from the recipient and there is no option for the sender to pay. Call centre gives conflicting information. Products are good but use them only for domestic shipments”
