“I made quite a substantial purchase from itokri recently. I was a bit apprehensive as it was my first order. But I was very pleasantly surprised with the entire experience - very fast and responsive customer service, and the order was delivered in a single lot, and quite quickly. I also liked the sustainable packaging of the order. The materials themselves are of good quality and as per the description. Prices are reasonable for the quality offered. My only suggestion is to add more details to the description of the product on the website and to use better quality pictures. Thank you, Team itokri!!”

“When you go through website and ads everything is presented so well. You will be trusting the place from the word go. The variety But that's exactly the speed with which you ll be disappointed a lot. In the aftermath the experience with itokri leaves you baffled and you will regret evey penny you spent. Especially for the blouses. You would trust them but they will slap you with such a mediocre product in your face that the only compensation is that stupid tiny nosering they send along. Boasting about it a lot nonetheless as if everyone must have a use for it! I would suggest that there are such brilliant new home grown places to purchase your ethnic garments. Please take a look there. And spare yourself from horrible product service. It makes you wonder and question yourself as to why did you like the product in the first place. It looks so bright and shiny but when it's actually there in your hands you feel that it can only have a use in your kitchen as a cleaning cloth! That's how worst is the garment quality. It's old, expensive, shabby when it arrives. The fit is pathetic! You would have a headache thinking why did you not go to tailor to get it stiched for you. It might have taken days but at least you would be content. I am never purchasing any other product from itorki. They deceive and cheat. They just present a good image on the website but the work is absolutely poor. Try staying away from this website. There are such nicer places with prompt services and excellent product. Itokri is not one of them!”

“I first discovered iTokri about three months ago. Since then I have made at least five large purchases for myself and friends. I have purchased dupattas, stoles, shirts and table linens. The quality is exceptional, which is why I continue to purchase more and more from them. The service is also very good, and I appreciate the small gifts that are given with each purchase. Shipping costs are high but are offset by the quality of the products and their prices.”

“While booking, you asked the receiver's address and phone number, which is relevant. But it was extremely embarrassing for me know later that the receiver ( who was being gifted the product) is receiving all the details of my shopping. Why was all my order information along with price being sent to the receiver's phone number? That's an absolute ridiculous practice. Please try to make amendments to your system so that all this information is not sent to the receiver's number. Also, your WhatsApp customer executives took their own sweet time in responding. My first experience with ITokri was pretty good but sorry to say, I'm not happy with the service this time.”

“आई टोकरी की टीम को टोकरी भर कर प्यार। मैंने इनसे पहले एक डेली वेयर कुर्ता मंगवाया, बहुत डरते डरते...कारण था मेरा प्लस साइज़! कभी अच्छा कुर्ता नहीं मिलने से अक्सर निराशा ही हाथ लगती थी। मगर आई टोकरी के कुर्ते ने मेरी निराशा को खत्म किया... मैंने लगातार तीन कुर्ते ले चुकी हूं। क्वालिटी बहुत अच्छी, संतोषप्रद और बहुत कंफर्टेबल। बहुत शुक्रिया।”

“A very pleasant experience interacting with iTokri. The site is convenient and hassle free. More importantly, the customer support is top notch! They kept communicating during the shipping process, and when a product was not available or delayed they patiently took my views about what was to be done next, even guiding me when I was a bit lost. “Excellent and genuine materials! I love their dupattas and blouse pieces especially. Kurtas are good too but sometimes stitching is not upto the mark. But then they provide very good customer care and return pockups👍”
