“I am a member of Sri Aurobindo Society. I knew about the product and its superb quality. Your gesture of a small free gift was awesome. We give much value and regard to this small gift and iTokri as well. However in the website where I had ordered, I did not find it to be much user-friendly.”

“I ordered some homemade soaps and received them in good time. Packaging was fancy but sadly the quality of the eoaps isn't good at all for the price . The perfume not authentic and nothing like the good soaps we get in Bangalore from Khadi and others! The sandal wood ppfragrance is nothing like sandalwood and Patchouli is most artificial. I'm sad to have wasted money on such soaps. I can't give them as gifts!”

“I have been ordering fabric for the last 4 years from itokri, and have never been dissapointed. The printed cotton, banaras silk have been my favourite, the selection has been vast, and on occasions when there has been a doubt, the staff have called me to explain, helped me with the process of payment. “Recently made a purchase from iTokri.com. The product was pale green Chanderi silk cloth for kurta. The cloth was just up to the expectations. The colour and texture matched with that in photo. The response of the team was immediate on what’s app. There was a small gift too sent just with the product delivery. It was a very warm gesture indeed! Looking forward to do some more shopping in future!!”
