“2 of the kurtas ran color upon the first wash. There was a breach in communication between customer service and the tailor involved when the garment was being stitched. This requires remediation to ensure a high quality of customer service and satisfaction. Sincere thanks for allowing us to write a candid review.”

“The design and quality of the fabric is really good. It looks exactly like in the picture. Great kurta for summers! And the order came with a hand-written note. Loved it!”

“I received my order after a brief delay because there was a quality control issue, one of my garments did not meet iTokri's standards. I was pleased with the company's response : I was told of the problem, offered a refund or an opportunity to choose a replacement. Now this is what I consider excellent Customer Service!”

“Bedcovers I bought is high class handloom products. These are very stylish as well as comfortable in our Indian climate. Thank you itokri for introducing us to these kind of Indian handloom products which otherwise impossible to get from other parts of India.”

“The experience this time was less than ideal. The oackage was delivered at the wrong address (I had updated it after placing the order) and inspite of repeated follow ups wasnt picked up. The whatsapp support just sends a lot of SPAM but doesnt work when you need it to. Anyone can make mistakes but the willingness to rectify it was totally lacking. Itokri is one of the most genuine sites to buy handmade stuff, hope they get their act together soon.”
