“Truly happy with the purchase experience of table napkins. The sustainable packaging, the sweet handwritten note and the complimentary ethnic giveaways are really appreciated”

“My friend introduced me to itokri years ago, maybe 5-7 years ago. Since then I've been a regular customer, as has my mom! Itokri has grown over the years but still the customer service is the same friendly and super helpful as it was in the beginning, the hand written notes still make me smile, and the little gifties still make me unbelievably happy! All my love and all the best to the itokri ki toli, keep shining!”

“Terrible service. This is the second time i have experienced delay in your services and you just apologise nothing else. Delay in the sipment. Has to cancel the order due to wrong information provided on the website. Terrible customer support as well. You are just glitter and nice on the outside but inside everything is bad.”

“Hello Jia, Thanks for your personal handwritten note along with my first order. I suggest that you should offer matching material for the bottom also as it becomes very difficult to purchase one with the same texture and colour. You can further give a choice to the customer if she wants to purchase it or not”
