“My experience of buying from itokri was very pleasant and satisfying. They have a huge selection of fabric and the pieces I received were beautiful, good quality and what I had expected. Their packaging and personal attention added to the experience. Would certainly buy again”

“It was my first order with iTokri, all the designs are very good. I ordered 3 stoles out of them one was scarf type which was mentioned as stole, one was damaged piece so I had to return them. Generally refund is immediately generate once agent got the item back but it is very sad that after contacting 3/4 times after a week refund was initiated.”

“You guys are very sweet. I really appreciated your note and free gift. I'm sorry but I was disappointed in the quality of my order. I sampled your incense years ago and really liked it. This recent purchase seemed old. It had a bite to it. That's the only way I can describe it. The odor was very faint. I had to light 5 or 6 sticks on order to smell anything. Especially the Tuberose. It has no rose fragrance at all. I remembered previously that I really liked it. The free gift turned out to be the only one I liked. I'm sorry. Your customer service is excellent and I appreciate your earnestness.”

“The dupatta is smelling like it has been taken out of some place after a long time. It has a stale smell.Doest not look like a fresh piece. Plus the material could have been a little better.”
