“I loved the quality of the dress material. I loved their concept and i selected one suit but wrongly ordered the other colour, the team assisted me in getting the originally selected color. Also, loved the handwritten note and little surprise gift. Thanks.”

“Dear itokri team, I simply love the ranihati phulkari dupattas and the bagh natural dyed stoles. I bought them for myself and my childhood friends. They too loved it. The hand written note that you send along with a tiny gift makes receiving the parcel all the more special. Thank you so much!!”

“Worst customer service!! I’ve made the payment in the 24th of February but until today, the 27th of February there is no trace of my items. The tracking website does have any constructive info. The people gets back to me three days after I send them a message regarding the delivery. I just hope my items arrived safely”

“आपले कापड व प्रींट खूपच उत्कृष्ट असते. कोणते मागवावे व कोणते नाही हा प्रश्न पडतो. फक्त माझ्या शेवटच्या ॲार्डर बरोबर गिफ्ट नाही आले बाकी प्रत्येक ॲार्डर बरोबर गीफ्ट आले होते”

“My cushion covers arrived on the date promised and I could track the delivery every step of the way. The covers themselves are very beautifully constructed and the finishing is very neat. Kudos to iTokri for doing a very fine job. Thank you!”

“I recently purchased a handmade cushion cover online and I am absolutely thrilled with it! The quality of the craftsmanship is evident in every stitch and detail. The colors are vibrant and exactly as shown in the product photos. What I love most about this cushion cover, though, is the unique and beautiful design. The pattern is intricate and eye-catching, and it adds a lovely pop of color and texture to my living room. It's clear that the artisan who made this cushion cover put a lot of time and care into creating it. Overall, I would highly recommend this handmade cushion cover to anyone looking for a beautiful and high-quality home decor item. It's clear that a lot of love and skill went into making it, and I'm so happy to have it in my home.”

“I have never experienced such a personalised delivery ever before. A handwritten note by Jia made my day as soon as I read it. My review is especially for the people behind iTokri and not really for the products I ordered, because the products will 100% be worthy when the people behind selling these products have hearts made of gems! I have fallen in love with your organisation, Jia and team. You have earned a loyal fan for life. :)”
