“The product was of very poor quality.. the modal silk material is substandard in all the scarves that i purchased, the stoles had gum stuck on them and was feeling sticky.. shabby they were! Had to return!”

“Hi! While the pouch you sent as a gift was a wonderful surprise and much appreciated, in terms of the personal touch... the rakhi which I had ordered was not. The patch of Kundan that was stuck on it came off as soon as I touched it and I was unable to use it for my brother who was on a short trip to my place, after almost 3 years. That was sad. The rice and tikka were a lovely thought. Having said that, I love your ware and shall look forward to ordering more.”

“I had ordered a few masks. The package arrived timely, in recycled but sturdy packaging - really wonderful to see how much effort had been put into it! There was a sweet, handwritten note too, accompanied by a surprise gift :) Thank you itokri for the wonderful experience. This was my first order but I will be peeping in whenever I need something. Keep up the great work!”

“I bought two shirts, the prints were beautiful, the fit was fine (could be a little looser but that’s my personal preference), they were delivered quickly. I thought the colours would run like with most vegetable-died fabric and they did but not excessively. Similarly I thought they might shrink, if they did, I did not notice. I liked them so much, I check their web site often for more beautiful items. My one request would be that the label be moved from the neck to the side, as many people are allergic.”
