“Incredible picks, authenticity and quality guaranteed. My only issue is that the prices tend to be a tad bit higher than other offline and even some online marketplaces. But then again, the sheer variety of handmade art and crafts in one place is definitely itokri's USP.”

“Let me begin by saying that I Tokri has interesting products at decent rates. However, on ordering a few things from their website about a month ago, I was extremely disappointed. The delivery was quick but I was shocked when I received my order. The products, which were a bag and a few pieces of bastar wrought iron were in a roughly wrapped package- all thrown together. They were not seperately wrapped to ensure no damage. As a result my light coloured bag had become discoloured with the paint from the artifacts, and one of the iron artifacts had bent. I respect not wanting to use plastic. But what is the use of damaged products. I called itokri and they told me I would have to email my complaint with pics. It has been more than a month and nobody has bothered to respond to any complaints. I ended up throwing the bag out as it looks old and used. What a waste!”
