“The stitching isn't proper one Armhole is perfect the otherside is small and the side whichever has pocket it is weirdly stitched. The side with pocket is uncomfortable and the side which does nor have pocket is comfortable”

“It was good your dress material fabric is good.....but coordination are very poor...itokri executive never reply on time they it feels like it's government Bank ...services is really poor ......noboy picked up the call... None response on time .... Even I called again and again but still they are not reply.... I placed order but cancel due to this unorganised behave only .... Thanks”

“I am VER HAPPY to write this review. My package arrived in a timely manner by courier. BEAUTIFULLY and carefully wrapped with a little extra gift included which was a lovely surprise. My kurti was exactly as described. My advice to future customers would be to make the time to take proper measurements. I will be back fore more. THANK YOU SO MUCH.”

“It was my first order with iTokri and I was a bit apprehensive about getting my size right. I have been wanting to make a purchase from them since a long time as I had heard of their genuine care for handmade crafts and local artisans, but finally went ahead and clicked those buttons. I reached out to them through WhatsApp and they promptly and lovingly answered all my queries, gave regular updates, asked for confirmation on the order, all of which assured me that it's not an automated system I am talking to but caring people. Finally when the order arrived, I was delighted to get my pants with right fit as promised and an additional free gift of a face mask. The handwritten note by a kid was a nice touch, making it very personalized. Loved their packaging totally eco-friendly and absolutely frugal, reflecting their philosophy. Overall a pleasant experience, I must say!”
