“A very pleasant experience interacting with iTokri. The site is convenient and hassle free. More importantly, the customer support is top notch! They kept communicating during the shipping process, and when a product was not available or delayed they patiently took my views about what was to be done next, even guiding me when I was a bit lost. That the products were of high quality was expected, but I was thrilled to see a lovely handwritten note and a surprise gift accompanying the products. Thank you iTokri team!”

“The dial size is very big compared to what shown in the picture. Please mention the dial size details in the description, the rakhis were of no use as they were very big for the wrist.”

“Excellent and genuine materials! I love their dupattas and blouse pieces especially. Kurtas are good too but sometimes stitching is not upto the mark. But then they provide very good customer care and return pockups👍”

“I ordered a Tibetan layered neckpiece and upon receiving it I instantly wanted to pair it for a date night. Loved the packaging and also the freebie (scrunchie)! Also loved the idea of a handwritten note! :) Thank you, iTokri!”

“So, to make it brief: 1. The product was of great quality and naturally beautiful! 2. Loved the fact that iTokri used sustainable packaging! 3. Loved the personal handwritten note that showed their regards to their customers. It felt like a warm cup of coffee after a long day. 4. Loved that the went a little further by adding a small gift along with the product. It wasn't asked for or paid for but tokens of appreciation like these are what keeps customers coming back. 5. Loved their hand crafted collections so much! The only minus I could think of is that the products are slightly on the more expensive side but I think that can be overlooked in the long run. I had a wonderful experience with iTokri and will surely be shopping here again and again. I'm telling all my friends & family to shop here too. Keep doing what you do, team iTokri!”

“Wonderful selection of fabrics, although so much can be a bit daunting! I placed an order for some ikat cotton, and am very pleased with it, beautiful colours. Delivery took about 2.5 weeks, which was in keeping with the delivery date given. Very good company.”

“The print and colours were exactly as shown. The length of the fabric is also "saree panna" which makes it easier to go for long length kurtas while stitching. Packing is also 100% eco friendly and they gave me a free scrunchie!! Reasonable pricing too. Loved shopping from itokri.”
