“The experience this time was less than ideal. The oackage was delivered at the wrong address (I had updated it after placing the order) and inspite of repeated follow ups wasnt picked up. The whatsapp support just sends a lot of SPAM but doesnt work when you need it to. Anyone can make mistakes but the willingness to rectify it was totally lacking. Itokri is one of the most genuine sites to buy handmade stuff, hope they get their act together soon.”

“This Ajrakh Saree is in Chanderi, handblocked print very neatly done. I love the block printing and kind of rhythmic print my saree has. So beautiful, super soft to skin. I have attached my already stiched blouse picture also. Every time I shop and order any handloom saree from Itokri, they always surprise me. Thank you Itokri . Love to team..🫶❤️🙏”

“Its a very authentic brand but sometimes there is lot of difference in the picture of product than the actual one. I know cotton can differ like prints shown are bright but when we receive are on dull side. 👍”

“All the colors I ordered were very soft to skin, and easy to wipe off. It didn’t leave any stain. Not sure why, but somehow there was little burning sensation on my face after application of one of the Color’s.. but not sure of which one. Apart from that everything was great and no one else in family got any more allergies.”
