“To itokri team. This is an adverse review. I had ordered 2metres of a certain cloth and I was informed by my tailor that the cloth is two inches less than 2 metres . In the past there have been instances when the cloth I bought turned out to be of inferior quality. Even then I did not feel compelled to write an adverse feedback. I feel cheated now because despite some dissatisfaction I have been buying from itokri for many years and I would have never imagined that the cloth piece bought would be less than the money I paid for. “Your products, pricing and delivery standards are excellent. The hand written note and free souvenir with every pack is really a sweet concept. Only suggestion is to give running material in a single piece. The cut pieces give a problem at times.”

“i was so glad that i received my order, and thing i like most was: that the whole procedure was easy and smooth. I loved most of the items that i ordered, i absolutely will order from iTokri all the time. Hope to see new handcrafted and recycled products. Btw i so loved the way of the Detailed bill, it shows and clarify everything with photos, and one more thing, i think you forget one item “by mistake” : ceramic coasters. Best regards Noura”

“I had placed an order which was urgent. Even though it was festival season and holiday at iTokri, they responded positively to my urgent request and ensured I received the order on time. “The fabrics are beautiful, the photos are a good representation of the colours and design of the fabrics. The time from order to arrival was prompt even though I do not live in India.
