“I have shopped at iTokri for a long time now and I must say, it is one of my favourite places to shop. Love the newspaper wrapped packaging with the wax seal, the extremely friendly and effective customer service, the lightening fast delivery, the selection of products available, the prices, not to mention the teeny little gifties along with the handwritten note received with every order. It makes the experience of shopping online truly feel friendly and cozy, like you are shopping at your favourite little store, where you know the staff and the whole staff knows you! “Excellent customer service, great quality products, and great prices. I loved the sustainable, recycled packaging, and the personalized handwritten note. My favorite part is that they give credit to the artisans who make the handicrafts. There’s no middleman. I’m definitely going to be shopping from itokri again!”

“The entire experience of shopping with iTokri was a complete delight. The communication after placing my order (I wanted to change my paypal id) was clear and efficient. The package itself was done so very carefully, sealed with wax!!! Handwritten notes are so rare these days that this will definitely be saved. The bag to store the sari in, the gift as a first time customer, everything made this into a very happy experience. I have yet to see my sari, but my sister says it is fantastic!”
