“The prints are pretty and the cotton of good quality, but the colors are not fixed and discolor a lot even after several soakings with vinegar and salt. You should warn your customers!”

“I had a great experience with the customer service and the products. The fabrics were great - the included information on the individual product gave me a lot of confidence in purchasing (and is appreciated greatly); the jewellery is more so hit or miss, next time I would choose more carefully. However one point of improvement perhaps for specifically international orders: I appreciate the handmade boxes however it only pulls attention of border control, additionally a detailed list (including size & makeup/ingredients) of shipped items will prevent hopefully unexpected delays & high cost of border control for future customers.”

“I had been your customer probably for more than 5 years. However the recent exp had been pathetic. The order was booked on 14th & delivered on Sunday evening. You are showing consignment dispatched from from Chennai on tuesday morning from Chennai & it takes more than five days to reach another metro city. The courier Co. told me that probably it was dispatched by road to Mumbai & then to Delhi. You should have informed me about long delivery time while order booking. If it was agreeable to me than only booked the order. I realized the consignment travelled 1st from Kannauj UP(manufacturer) to Chennai, repacked & again dispatched Delhi with itokri brand. Not acceptable”

“I bought a small amount of cotton fabric in the Hope that I would be happy with it. It was everything I hoped for. I’m reminded of those fabulous Indian craft shops we had in Australia in the 1970’s. Wonderful quality. Not too expensive. Natural organic fabrics. Plus a huge variety of designs.”

“Very pleased with the quality. Soft fabric and comfortable stitching. This is my second time ordering. Being in the US, its very hard to find cotton casual home wear clothes. I found this online and they support local Indian craftsmanship. In the world of imported mass production, itokri clothes are a welcome item in my home. Highly recommend. No color bleed when washed in the washing machine. Customer Service is 5 star as well. I was in a rush for my order because I wanted to pack these comfortable clothes for my trip. The itokri team understood the assignment and delivered it before the time limit. Not just the product, but the itokri team is also excellent.”

“I have just received my first order - the quality of the fabric is wonderful and the pattern/colours are just like the photo's. I always look for natural fibres to make my clothing - so this will not be my last order. The hardest bit is actually choosing from the huge array of patterns and colours. I absolutely love the slow and personal method of manufacture - iTokri is for me too.”
