“Mostly I bought fabrics from iTokri. Lots of stock of fabrics from different parts of India, it's really amazing. Fast delivery and cordial behavior of customer care is commendable. Within 1 months I've placed 4 orders and highly satisfied with my purchase. Received small gifts like earrings, scarves with every order. Love iTokri.”

“great collections with different price ranges. the materials of the cloth used and the intricate work done on it by artisans is perfect. customer service is also very good. always love to buy from itokri. this is my 4th or 5th purchase from them.”

“In my last three orders I received a yellow shirt with tailor's pen marks around the pocket, a red kurta that was 3.7 cms smaller than advertised and a dark green co.our fabric which was displayed on site as 'sky blue'. I accepted all the products bar the fabric. A total of 14 messages were sent over 2 weeks and I received no satisfactory reply or replacement. ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS QUALITY CONTROL.”

“Well, the truth is that I knowit takes quite a long time to send from India to Spain, but I have not givea100% review as I have not received goods, n it looks that it will take another week or 10 days more. Rest, quiry, n service very good.”

“I am a regular customer at iTokri. I used to stay in Hyderabad earlier, where I ordered a lot of cotton towels. I have now shifted to Puducherry. I ordered a papier mache candle stick holder. It came on time ( quite fast in fact) and the product is very nice. What is more there was a free gift also which my daughter is using regularly. Satya Prasad”
