“I bought a Banarasi Silk Khurta and a bottom. The quality is excellent and looks like handmade. itokri is a good platform if someone is looking for ethnic handmade items from India. For me living abroad, it has made it easy to buy authentic handmade items from different parts of India. Additionally, they were good in communicating with me about the status of the order. And the product was well packed and I am enjoying it. Thank you”

“Material was as seen in the picture but it was not silk nor craftsman made so I had to return it. They did send me a cute hair stick as a free gift. Refund process was smooth”
