“I am quite disappointed with the quality of the products. The Banarasi pencil pouch is not made from Banarasi silk as described, but appears to be a cheap synthetic sari fabric with metallic embroidery. It feels like an imitation product. The bandanas also looked much better in the pictures than they do in reality. Additionally, the Chanderi silk does not feel like authentic Chanderi fabric, and the metallic thread running through the stole spoils the overall look. This detail was not noticeable in the thumbnail picture. Overall, I am very disappointed with the products. Sorry”

You don’t need to worry about sharing details right away our team will reach out to you directly and help resolve this. If something hasn’t met your expectations, we’ll make sure it is addressed properly. Thank you for sharing this so honestly. It helps us improve.

“The most wonderful experience with this stunning brand. I ordered from the UK and I can’t have received a better experience if I tried. The collection on iTokri is phenomenal, the artistry and craftsmanship is next level and the care behind the karigars can be seen in how much they credit them. I expected to receive my order in nearly 2 weeks but it arrived in less than a week! Everything was wrapped immaculately and included a lovely handwritten note and a sweet free hair bow. I will definitely be ordering again and have told all my friends and family to order from here as well. Beyond happy with my experience, thank you iTokri”

Namaste, Thank you for sharing this so honestly 💛 We understand what you’re saying, when something comes at a certain price, it should feel worth it in every way. And if it didn’t fully meet your expectations, that’s something we take seriously. Our products are made in small batches by artisans, which brings its own character and variation but the experience should still feel right to you. We’ll carry this feedback back to our team as we continue to improve both quality and how we present our products. And if you’d like us to look into your order further, we’re here for you.
