“I really like the way iTokri communicates with their customers. I like the packaging and, especially, the handwritten notes included. Everything I have ordered I have been happy with. My recent purchase of a merino wool stole, especially so. The quality is much better than I expected, based on the photographs. It's beautiful and I'm so proud to wear it. “I love my dupatta and patchwork jacket. They are beautiful, creative, superb pieces of artwork that I will gladly include with various outfits to coordinate unique, elegant looks. They are well made, just as the pictures show, and came quickly to Canada by mail. They are well worth the affordable price, and I appreciate the personal touch with handwritten notes included in the package that make me feel valued and more than just a customer. Thank you Itokri artists and associates for a very positive experience!”

“The iem arrived quickly and securely packaged. The sizing was excellent and the merino wool fabric soft and light but so warm. . Most of the finishing was very good and secure. A few internal edges could have had a bit more attention...but there was nothing to detract from the beauty of the piece”

“I ordered two fabrics...one block printed and one plain with pin tucks. I am very happy with both...the cloth seems excellent quality and they look great. I am waiting to get them tailored to wear them. They came very quickly too.”

“The inventory numbers are always off. Place an order a couple days later you can expect an email saying hey we messed up we don’t have xyz in stock pls look for an alternative. They won’t ship anything till you confirm the alternative which blows my mind but for them it makes sense from keeping shipping costs low so you get to know where you stand on the priority list. Next they will not respond to updates for tracking information. Eg my tracking info shows Delhi on the 18th or so and no updates after. I made the purchase to take with me when I left the country so time sensitivity exists but the CS folks don’t care to respond to three separate emails. Will I buy from them again - sadly yes because I don’t have an alternative that supports local artisans I know of. If I did I would gladly kick them curbside. Tl;dr : don’t expect anything in stock, don’t expect timely responses to queries and expect delays. Would look elsewhere if possible.”
