“hello . I received my order a few days ago. The package was in good condition. The fabric matches the photos on the site. I really like . I am a dressmaker and I modified the top of the dress which was a little narrow. Thanks for the little gift . maybe i can make a new order in a few months . sincerely . Agnès”

“Ordered 3 pieces of pochampally cloth for Rs.3035/- on 31/12/23. They seemed to have parcelled it through Blue Dart and Blue Dart returned the parcel to Itikori on Jan 2nd. They told me they'll send it again through Delhivery parcel service.Waited for days and had to cancel my order as I was sensing fraud.I think ITikori used my money for 15 days..Fraud..Never buy from Itikori again.. they'll utilise you.”

“Namaste iTokri ki Toli :) We bought the 'Bee eater - Handcrafted Papier Mache Home Decor Item' by Artist Mr.Trilok Thakur & absolutely loved the bird my husband & me have named 'Chikki'. It looks so life-like & real. People visting our place touch it to make sure it is not a real bird. Kudos to Artist Mr.Trilok Thakur & you. Please convey our appreciation to the artist as well. Chikki is looking great in our garden & adds great value to it as can be seen in the attached video & photo. Thankyou. We look forward to more awesome purchases from itokri.”

“The product is really nice but there is a button, single button,tucked on it...it doesn't match the product.neither it is in center nor it is a proper decorated button...it is just tucked on it.the button is on border.”

“Product wasn't as shown in image. Product was supposed to have "Open 24/7" writing and it was empty. The hanging hook is upside down. There were delivery issues as well, where they cancelled first shipment and then after my follow ups they send it via other delivery vendor. Would not recommend.”

“The products are beautiful handicrafts and their customer service is very good. The items were perfect as weel as the packaging. The only problem is out of their control: customs fees. I had to pay an extra sum of 39 euros of customs taxes (shipping from India to Italy) and this fact will affect future orders.”
