“My experience with I Tokri was absolutely horrible! I bought a shawl for about Rs 5000. Prepaid. They haven't delivered it to me even after 20 days. They haven't given me a Refund. This is a complete FRAUD site. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.”

We would like to clarify that the delivery took time because our team was continuously coordinating with the courier partner to ensure successful delivery. However, the contact number shared with the order was found to be invalid, due to which the courier team could not complete the delivery. Because of the failed contact, the shipment moved into RTO process, which added to the delay. Your order was received back with us only yesterday, and our team tried reaching you immediately. “I will never order fabric at your company. 1. It takes too long to receive my order. 2. I have to pay unexpectedly more than €30,00 import fees. This should have been announced before I completed the order. That makes my order too expensive!”

“I ordered several scarfs and shawls from iTokri and they arrived in great condition. I knew they would be beautiful and the cost was very reasonable. Great service and I highly recommend them to others. The only delay was with USA Customs which required a tarif that was about the cost of the items.”

“Great communication, thoughtful packaging, prompt delivery (took about 10days to the UK) and lovely soft fabric. I have washed the fabric before starting my sewing and it keeps colour well. Be sure to check the fabric dimensions - It is 100% as advertised, but not as wide as I’m used to, so consider this when deciding the length required for your project. Overall great experience and will purchase again. As shipping is expensive I’ll be planning a bulk purchase in future as that feels more practical.”

“I had ordered 5 fabrics out of which i wanted to return 1...have been in touch with them through instagram and mails but everytime there is a response that it will be picked up.I have already stitched 4 fabrics and have started using them also but fhe 5 th one is still to be returned and refunded.The fabric quality is superb but the after sales is pathetic...Disappointed”
