“I tokri is good spot to buy authentic cotton,varied choice is there to suit young women to diamond age old women,it provides variety of fabric and colours,overall my experience with I tokri has been very satisfying. Only reason for giving 1 star less is price,it is bit on higher side.Shiping and payment modes are all satisfactory.”

“It took a while for the order to arrive. I kept getting messages that there was a problem with the order. I was beginning to worry that I'd been scammed but eventually, they told me the reason for the problem was that the order could only be delivered in 2 different lengths due to the handmade nature of the cloth. I was repaid promptly and the rest arrived, beautifully packed. I have washed the fabric and there was no shrinkage. I was very pleased with the fabric a would recommend supporting this company”

“I purchase dress material grom itokri and have been purchasing since many years. While they have got very good variety of collection, great service, good packaging, I would like to highlight below improvement areas: 1) Length of material for Salwar/lower/pant should be more than 2 meters. Mostly it is around 1.8m to 2m. 2) Have more filters options in website to apply filter based in length of dress material and more importantly filter on whether dress material includes kurta, dupatta, salwar/pant or all the three. This way we can browse more efficiently to get full set of dress material. 3) Have more photos showing how dress material looks on model/manniquin in white light to reflect right color shade. This is necessary since sometimes, I recieved the dress material looking dull in reality while picture showed different version of shade in yellow light.”

“My first purchase with Itokri. Uptil now preferred offline shopping. Feel the fabric, assure the colour is what I am looking for, check for flaws in material, weaving. Very happy with the Pink Kota Doria dupatta I purchased. It arrived in 7 days. Was relieved that the colour was what I felt it was in the photograph. Quality of fabric seems good. Hope to purchase more from Itokri soon.”

“I would like to thanks the staff for a prompt customer service and support. The products are in good quality and packaging and courier services were also good. My only recommendation is there must be a process in place wherein there is a regular inventory count so that customers like me don’t have to face the problem s of dealing with refunds due to unavailability of the products. So regular online inventory count is equally important. Thanks”
