“Very poor service. Itokri team keeps sending tonnes of messages but product wise, they are fake. Zero responsibility Regarding the product,I cannot say anything because it NEVER reached to me ( which was supposed to be a gift for someone) after LOT of efforts. This team just messed up everything. Not recommended at all.”

“The Product was totally overpriced, in relation to its size. It was not much biger than a large plecemat, whereas it was shown as a runner on the display picture. The size was also not shown. I will have serious reservations about iTokri products in future.”
