“I ordered a set of clip-ons (nose pins) and a fabric spectacle case from iTokri and I not only received my products on time, but the products had a thoughtful note from Jia and also a little gift. I loved the surprise gift. The clip-ons are easy to wear and look very trendy. It's the perfect option for a person who does not want to get her nose pierced. The spectacle case is also very sturdy, durable and beautiful. The delivery of these products were on time and in a recycle-able box, which was an added bonus. So I wish "Jia and her toli", very best and successful year. I would love to help promote your products through which artisans show their talents.”

“iTokri delivers on its promise. The goods are as expected, and the delivery time is reasonable. I am happy to note that the packaging is quite environment-sensitive as well as local (particularly the local newspaper wrapping) with minimal plastic use. The handwritten note and the little gift that accompany every delivery are sweet touches.”

“Buying fabric from Itokri was a wonderful experience. There was a small issue with one of my items and a customer service person reached out promptly with clear instructions and options to resolve the issue. The shipping was FAST. My package shipped from India to Tennessee (US) in just one week. The fabrics are gorgeous and very high quality cottons, priced affordably.”

“The products were beautiful, the customer service was fantastic, and shipping to the US was fast! My only suggestion is that for running fabrics, it should specify at at what length they are cut if one is ordering a lot of fabric and Itokri has to send multiple pieces .”

“The colours were a little off. I had selected a more aqua colour fabric since I didn't have one. The colours were more green-leaning. The colours on the laptop were more earthly(which i like), but a little too vibrant in real life. Perhaps this is to be expected whilst buying online :( I Will not buy again. But the packaging was nice”
