“I had ordered 5-6 set of earrings from different varieties. One of the thread and bead earrings are rusted and partially broken. All other earrings are in good shape and the packing was very well done. Thank you for the personalised note and small gift.”

“This was my second order with ITokri and it was disappointing. I ordered the masks based on my 1st order with which i was too happy but this time the quality of the masks is not good. The fabric material used is too thin and does not look like 3 layers masks and i doubt how much protection we will get from the same. It is just made for fashion i think. I am quiet disappointed with my 2nd order. I had ordered snug fit 3 layers masks.”

“I ordered a pretty magenta Sambalpuri cotton saree on itokri. It arrived beautifully packed in a thick paper carton, followed by a newspaper wrap. The team was sweet enough to send a handwritten note and two packs of high quality free incense sticks. Nothing to be surprised about because I've been buying from itokri and they never fail to please their customers. And the saree, oh!!! It's such a beauty! 100 percent handloom stuff! It came with a pretty ikkat blouse piece.”
