“This is the second time I have purchased items from itokri. As before I am super satisfied. A certain standard is maintained of the goods by itokri which is consistent, it doesn't slack with time like with other online sites. The free gift , personalized letter and the environmentally friendly packaging are such thoughtful gestures. I would give 5 stars for the fridge handle covers I have purchased from the site. The quality is so good. Would love to recommend itokri to family and friends.👍”

“Ordering with itokri is like a breeze, very helpful and co operative staff and whatever i have bought from them is quality par excellence and what you exactly expect very especially for a person like me, mostly you will see when you buy online is what you see as in the product doesnot match when it arrive but with itokri its just the opposite , love all their product and buying experience”

“I ordered two phulkari stoles that looked stunning on the website- one for myself and other as a gift for a friend. The delivered item was such a thick cotton fabric and so long that it’s difficult to wear or knot it around the neck as a stole. A cold hand wash didn’t soften the stoles for easier wear. I am instead using it as a table runner... this is disappointing!”
