“I purchased a pair of antique silver earrings and a Jugaad Big Tarshi Bag. While the earrings were lovely, the bag was a huge disappointment. It looks nothing like the image which was used to advertise it. For a pricey bag, it is of very poor quality. Even worse, the bag was folded up tightly into a tiny box which weakened the material further. At least the order arrived on time.”

“This was my first order from iTokri. I was a little bit apprehensive. It turned out, I was wrong! I ordered a wall hanging and a jewellery box; both are of EXCELLENT quality. There are many curated online shops nowadays who claim to sell handmade, authentic products which might be made with hands only but they have questionable quality and a high price tag. iTokri is a blazing exception. Their customer care team is topnotch. They actually care about the customers. And last but least, thanks so much for the handwritten note and the free gift. :) Will definitely order again!”
