“I chanced upon your website randomly to be honest. I was looking for some cloth masks which can be tied and thanks to Google, I landed on your website. It was a pleasant surprise to be honest. I had gotten face masks. The follow up on the order and regular updates were awesome. But the best part of the shopping experience was when along with the delivery I received a hand written thank you note! Now that's what I call as "Treating customer as King".. Many big businesses lose that personal touch as and when they start growing.. But I felt special when I shopped with you guys.
