“I have bought i tokri masks several times ans each time I have been more than satisfied with the quality, the prompt shipping, the packaging and the lovely hand written note which comes along with the product. Ever since I began buying from i tokri, I have not bought masks form anywhere else. Keep up the good work”

“A little disappointed to be honest. Despite ordering a set of 20 the masks were either red/blue/beige. Should've had adequate colour variety considering that I'd given such a big order.”

“Hello. Thanks for the lovely bandhini dupattas n the cute little personalised notes with it. One small suggestion. Please mention the colour of the dupattas also. Because the ladt dupatta I had ordered for looked jet black to me. But it was a dark olive green!! A little difference of shade is fine. But the entire colour changing is not so fine. I couldn't return it because I got busy in dome personal issues, n the time elapsed. So do mention the colours of the products too. You put in a disclaimer for a diff in shades, but we fo not expect a change in the entire colour itself. Thank you!”

“While the merchandise collection is vast and delightful, iTokri's customer centricity needs to be applauded. Before placing my previous order, I chatted on the whatsapp service on their website and requested for an expedited delivery. The team committed, and they delivered their promise. Even though many claim to be customer centric, rarely does one experience such a responsive system. Kudos to the team. Keep up the good work!”
