“I wish there was few more stars in the rating... Packaging was excellent. The best part is they really care about nature and used recycled paper for packing rather than plastics. The fragrance is out of the world and last quite long. Also got a free gift for my first purchase. Such a sweet gesture. Not only that, got a hand written thank you note as well. Thank you team iTokri, would definitely come back to you”

“My first purchase is face mask and 2 makeup pouches....mask is good.. bt there is no need to add wire for nose tighting and in pouches they are good bt I feel chain has not a good quality ...plz improve your chain qualities....otherwise products are good...iam looking forward for more purchases...thanks..”

“From my first purchase with itokri in 2020, Ive been very impressed with the itokri concept, products & customer service. Did a good order this time of a gorgeous sky blue Rampur Applique work sari and some jewellery. Was great that the entire order came in one package, all items were very well packed & no damage :-). The newspaper packing is a unique touch. And the cute toran they put in free, thanks. itokri is best for authentic handloom products which is why the price is high. I mostly buy handloom cos I feel not only are they the best but we should all do our best to ensure that those who work so hard on handloom products and are so uniquely skilled make a good living & thru portals like itokri get the remuneration they deserve. A suggestion to itokri (which may or may not be possible, I dont know) is to have some discount sales now & then - its just something that keeps customers psychologically happy :-). Keep up the good work itokri :-).”

“I have now ordered three times from iTokri, and every time, I've been extremely pleased!! From the ease of shopping/payment, the customer service that goes above and beyond if there's a question or issue, to the very rapid shipping and finally the products themeselves, it has all been great. I have ordered over 20 different running fabrics so far and couldn't be more pleased with them. They have all arrived exactly as advertised, and the quality for the price cannot be beat. The few crafts I have received have all been lovely as well. I definitely recommend iTokri!!”
