“I love being able to purchase handcrafted items especially because it enables to feel connected to my culture and share aspects with people I love. The only thing that's becoming an issue is the shipping rates. I'm used to the rates that existed during the pandemic and pre-pandemic, but these rates simply are too much for what it's worth. Itokri representatives have assured me that they are not charging extra for shipping and I trust them on that. They even offer a slight discount if the order reaches a certain threshold, but all in all, I would say that it might be too much for international customers. I still say that the service is great, but unfortunately, I probably won't be purchasing from itokri until the rates are logical for me to purchase.”

“I live in Houston, TX. I ordered the patchwork quilt and a water bottle bag. The parcel came promptly. It was packed nicely and the articles arrived in prefect condition. Both the articles are beautiful. I will be ordering more of the quilt for my colleagues at work. It is simply beautiful. Thank you, iTokri.”

“My first purchase from iTokri - organic gulaal. I placed the order only 5 days before Holi, and I wasn't sure if it would be delivered in time for the festival. I wrote to the iTokri team requesting them to expedite the delivery, if possible, and they did just that! The parcel arrived a day before Holi, with a sweet handwritten note and a special gift! The packaging was impressive. My family loved the quality of the gulaal as well. Thank you, iTokri!”

“Your sizes are smaller than usual . I wasted my money . Please benchmark with international standards Yes you have measurements on site but nobody carries an inch tape to measure and we are no experts anyways”

“iTokri is good place to shop especially when one wants to buy ikat fabrics. I was planning to add ikat fabric in my wardrobe and then I found iTokri where there's too many options to look at. I love the fabric and the colour which is soothing in summer. It came in recycled box which is nice and environment friendly but must say that this box can be made more attractive so that when reach to us for once we will think not to throw the box🙂 .Thank you for the surprising gift inside and the special thankful note.”

“I wish there was few more stars in the rating... Packaging was excellent. The best part is they really care about nature and used recycled paper for packing rather than plastics. The fragrance is out of the world and last quite long. Also got a free gift for my first purchase. Such a sweet gesture. Not only that, got a hand written thank you note as well.
