“Hi .For the first time was disappointed with the purchase (phulkari dupatta).As opposed to what is mentioned in the site,as also told by the sales executive on phone n chat, the dupatta is anything but hand embroidery. Its machine embroidery. One should sell what one promises.”

“I bought a gorgeous handcrafted Bengal kantha dupatta from itokri. The craftsmanship is exceptional. Platforms like itokri bring handicrafts and the artisans to the fore. I am grateful to be able to call this piece of handloom my own and thankful to the artisan and itokti for making it available.
