Not only did they help me choose the items, but also met an unrealistic deadline by sending my parcel via express delivery (for which I wasn't charged extra). “For me it was a pleasant experience to shop with iTokri. From delivery of orders to redressing complaints , everything has been promptly taken care of. When I reported a weaving slip on one of my orders , it was promptly called back and a gift card was issued then and there to enable me to use it on another purchase .The goods look worth the price too Thank you iTokri !”

“Cloth material is extremely good . Packaging and delivery everything was top notch the only reason I am deducting one star is because the colour of the material was stark different from the picture. I ordered a yellow coloured Kota Doria dress material but i got a beige coloured one. Please work on that rest was absolutely worth the money.”
