“In my last three orders I received a yellow shirt with tailor's pen marks around the pocket, a red kurta that was 3.7 cms smaller than advertised and a dark green co.our fabric which was displayed on site as 'sky blue'. I accepted all the products bar the fabric. A total of 14 messages were sent over 2 weeks and I received no satisfactory reply or replacement. ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS QUALITY CONTROL.”

“In my view ITokri is a Supermarket for all India handicrafts - known and unknown ones! Besides, it's customer care service is superb.”

“Hello! The dupatta is beautiful and the fabric quality is excellent. But what was more beautiful than dupatta was the use of your sustainable packaging. I appreciate your effort trying to be eco-friendly. Keep up the good work! Will definitely order again! ❤️”

“I am a regular customer at iTokri. I used to stay in Hyderabad earlier, where I ordered a lot of cotton towels. I have now shifted to Puducherry. I ordered a papier mache candle stick holder. It came on time ( quite fast in fact) and the product is very nice. What is more there was a free gift also which my daughter is using regularly. Satya Prasad”
