“I started purchasing masks from iTokri in 2020 when we were in the midst of Covid. The packaging and the customised note added a bright spark to receiving any package. My tryst with them continued when I ordered Rakhis from them in 2022 to be sent to my brothers. Their personalised eye for detail and reaching out to know if I would like the Rakhis to be sent individually and wait and send it together as a package was heartening. This experience puts a smile. The Customer Service updates via email and in case, you have dropped a note on chat, the revert is impressive. A number of the big wigs e-commerce brands can take a lesson or two from you guys. Keep up the good work.”

“Dear iTokri team, Thank you for your wonderful variety of artisanal products. I've purchased several of them and they were all good except that at times the Kurtis needed a small alteration. Your collection of casual wear looks smart and makes an easy choice even for the work week. The staff have been very helpful even with the orders & notifies regarding the availability and condition of the product, checks the finished product before dispatch which I have never experienced elsewhere. Returns and refunds have been made so seamless. Love the thoughtful gifts that come along with every order and the eco-friendly packaging. Keep up the good work and I would definitely recommend iTokri to my friends & family.”

“The browsing experience is a little difficult on your website. Your range of products is amazing. The delivery was easy to track and quick. The packaging was very sweet and thoughtful. I personally would have been happy with just the box and paper, the gift wrap was plastic-y and wasn't really necessary.”

“I loved the kurti. The stuff was really good..only thing that I found was that it was not properly cleaned.. blue marks were there and threads were also coming out.. except this, I really loved the kurti. Will shop more in the near future. Thank you iTokri”

“Few days back I saw an ad of iTokri on Instagram. I loved their Banarasi collection. I ordered some material. The order was delivered very fast.
