“I heard about iTokri from a friend who was wearing a Lanyard made and supplied by them. I went on to the website and found some very nice products on sale, and ordered a couple of Lanyards as a gift for my aunt I was delighted that the order was processed very quickly and I received the items within a few days of placing the order. My aunt was also very happy with the lanyards. Thank you for your excellent service, iTokri!”

“I found it extremely expensive for the workmanship and the material used. Sorry. Not a good experience. Couldn't even find a return option ! Disappointed.”

“The materials are authentic. But the time to attend to the order and the response time to calls and messages has been very poor.”

“Very happy with my Ajrakh material. The colour was as I expected from the photo in the website. I have a small suggestion regarding the little gift enclosed. You always enclose a little gift which I can never use and just put it away to give to someone later. Maybe it's because I am 73 years old. Instead, if you enclose 7-8 cloth buttons I can use them in some dress or the other.”

“A cotton lover must visit itokri once before taking a decision. Besides, I'd say there is a familial touch when I receive the packet. On price i would suggest itokri should be lenient a little so persons with modest income could choose a little better matereial. Looking forward to my next order. Best wishes!”

“Dress was too good. Although size was big that's why I returned that. But returning/refund process is also appreciable.”
