“I bought few Agarbatti, Fragrance and One Dharwad Dress material. I must say they are as described. Agarbattis are very traditional and hand made with great fragrance reminding of ancient days. It's worth the purchases. Thank you for the free sample Soap.”

“I am very pleased with the items I purchased however was very disappointed with the response as it was very slow. After i had paid for the items, i had not received any tracking details or updates from itokri for more than a week. As a result i had to file a few complaints. This should be improved- efficient and better quality service.”

“I have been buying from iTokri for some time now. Their products never fail to delight. I especially love the fabrics that are so beautifully crafted with lovely designs and colours. And, the packaging with recycled paper boxes is such a thoughtful choice. A big thank you to the iTokri team for the amazing work they are doing in supporting the artisans.”

“The products are very good. The customer service is excellent. The ladies are very polite. But the return facility needs to be revised. It would do well to make the return facility simpler. Best of Luck.”

“Service from you is as sweet as ever with always a personal touch in the end...Thank You! But- I was disappointed with the wrong delivery . I had ordered a nose pin & Tibetan Ring. Unfortunately the ring had been sent but an earring, not my type, had arrived instead of the nose pin.”
