Lost my luggage and golf clubs. would not help. took months to get them back. They actually lie to you. I had trackers on them, they would say we "shipped them yesterday" and i could see they weren't moving. It was a disaster, ruined my entire trip. Advice: document every phone call email or text from the beginning. You will need it.

La peor compañia para comprar packetes de vacasiones cancelè un mes antes y aparte de que no te devuelven el dinero si no que te dan un credito te cobran 100 por cada persona son unos ladrones no recomiendo a nadie comprar nada en jetblue vacation mejor expidia no te cobra por cancelacion y te devuelven tu dinero

Book a two week holiday with these people arrived at our destination airport - jetline had issued us with vouchers for private transfers - we waited at the airport for 2 hours and they didn’t turn up (not a very good start to our holiday) when we eventually paid again for our transfers to the hotel - contacted jetline who were totally unhelpful and didn’t respond in a professional way - and we contacted the local transfer company on the vouchers who said the transfer had not been booked - Untrustworthy company if you use them check out everything before you travel - we saw the booking costs and considering the mark up on the holiday you would have though they wouldn’t issue fake transfer vouchers - Never travel with these people unreliable and unprofessional and when there is a problem unhelpful!

CHEAP, BUT AWFUL COMPANY. Booked a package holiday, but flights were cancelled both ways and now getting ignored about a refund. Their 24/7 online form seems to NOT WORK 24/7. We're entitled to a full refund according to MoneySavingExpert, but they will not answer us, despite contacting numerous times.

Jetline holidays claim that you can get your money back anytime has misrepresented themselves to us. That will definitely not happen if you book two weeks in advance of departure; somthing that was NOT told to us. We booked a vacation, a week later my wife became very ill, and could not travel. We called immediately. This happened in November with back and forth emails to them as well as Travel Zoo, their afilliate. Although I have traveled with Travel Zoo a lot and have been pleased. I am disappointed that they are conneced with such an unethical company as Jetline Holidays. I strongly encourage you to NOT travel with them.

DO NOT USE Jetline! My flight left 5 hours early and no one informed me. Jetline than charged me as a no show, cancelled my hotel and touts and charged me to rebook. I ended up paying twice the amount for my trip to Iceland.

BEWARE THIFS IN ACTION. Bad business . Gave me a voucher instead of my money and now when I am trying rebuke vocation refusing to honor it. I am going to sue Jetline and Travel zoo

I had called to book a vacation with them. My bank had declined the transaction as suspicious. At first they were accommodating and was like hey we get this all the time. For whatever reason, it kept declining after talking with my bank. So my bank had to look into it. They asked if any other card could be used, and i stated no that i only had the one. He then asked about my partner who this was going to be a surprise for, I said no and told them that it was going to be a surprise and i would find out whats going on. That was on a Wednesday, my bank hasnt responded yet going into friday. Well, US banks closed on weekend, Jetline called back on friday, I was unable to respond due to work. Admittedly, i forgot to return call on saturday. Sunday, Jetline called my partner asking about the funds. To her surprise, you guessed it she had no clue, because it was a surprise. So now instead she was aware well before intended. So thanks for ruining things.

Do not use this canada Jetlines. We bought the flight ticket much in advance, and they significant rescheduled the flight time which caused use miss the connecting flight and had a 17 hr layover in cancun airport. The worst thing is that they never informed you of the flight change until we found it close to our trip. They never wanna compensate for anything. The customer service does suck . No online check in. The significant flight delay is also very frequent with this airline. On top of the uninformed flight schedule, we encountered the further delay at the airport for their departure for further 50 minutes. There is obviously no business credit for this airline . Please avoid this airline and their Holidays. I don't wanna try their Holidays at all. Sunwing, westjet would be much more reliable for your flight and vacation package.

You cancelled my flight back to Toronto from Cancun a day after arriving to Cancun and did not provide my with a choice… I had to purchase new tickets with a different airline at my own expense… Jetline S U C K S ! ! !…. Please never ever buy a ticket with this company, let them go banckrupt, they do not care about you

We fell for the low price. Then we receive a flight with a 34 hour return flight from Italy to Los Angeles. We paid extra for better flights, only to have change after change with a 24.5 hour layover in France. Then offer a flight with a nine hour layover. Then offered another flight for $600.00 more per person. Then another flight that arrives in Los Angeles at midnight. It has been a fight to get travel arrangements. Overall it sucks. Supposed to fly in May.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Horrible. Customer service, will not speak with you about your booking but refer you back to the sales agent who booked the trip. This happened repeatedly while trying to sort out the booking details and trying to pay the remaining balance. At which point another $500 was added to the invoice, stating it was a calculation error.

Jetline is literally the worst travel coordinator I have ever encountered. In August-September, I went through a month-long process of unanswered calls and emails trying to change a traveler name, for which I was charged $700 and given an arrival time in Rome that ate up 1/2 a day of our two days there. Also, starting in September I started asking for train transfer vouchers and was put off until the 2nd week of October. On October 10th they asked for our selections of departure times from Rome and Florence, which I supplied. On the 11th I received an email that I would receive the vouchers within 5 business days. On October 23, I sent an email following up on the vouchers. The email, not a call, was never received. Today, on October 25th, I called the 2 telephone numbers I have for Jetline and both rang indefinitely, with no opportunity to leave a voicemail. I again emailed our agent and the department supervisor, requesting the vouchers. The first leg of our trip leaves on November 7th. Will this insanity ever end?? PSA, when booking a travel package, check to ensure the travel coordinators are Jetline. If so, run. Run as fast as you can.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TRAVEL under any Circumstances. I have read the reviews and ours was no better. We were sold a Tour that did not happen and they conveniently passed the blame on to the Tour Operator even though we paid Jetline. No Vouchers , Tickets, . We also asked for the tickets in advance prior to the trip but nothing. Once in Spain we could not contact anyone and very expensive phone calls bills. On our return I have spent the last 6 weeks trying to get an explanation or refund but have now been told this will not happen. Making contact has been a nightmare and various staff " with Christian names " have not even been able to write an email in English that makes sense. I am staggered that ABTA and ATOL keep them on as members and that the Daily Mail promote them. Never again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TRAVEL HOLIDAYS! Where do I start...Poor communication right from the start. You really need to be proactive on our quest for all they promised and that is no guarantee you will receive what was promised and paid for. For instance, with our booking we were promised free gondola rides in Venice...everyday we asked for vouchers and even on our vacation. We received a response on the last day in Venice "that all the gondolas were booked". Meanwhile Venice has almost 450 of them and they were everywhere. Travel arrangements that made no sense...Please, please go over your travel details very carefully. We had useable train tickets and accommodations for Lake Como and had to find other means while on the vacation. I feel the agents were clueless to the area. They are not truthful, nor are they honest and every difficult to deal with. I have never have seen anything like this. We booked this trip through Travelzoo (which we have used over 15 years) and have been dealing with this currently since we just came back last week. Note: Travelzoo is still using this agency (why?) Also, search this travel company, and you will find a lawsuit, scam and many, many issues. It might be too good to be true. Travelzoo should be ashamed....

Please do not EVER USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY- I was charged so many extras on original holiday price quoted . In addition they charged me £90 for transfers which they later denied I had ever booked . Every time I called to chase up I was constantly lied to regarding booking and they said no manager available .Eventually I heard the call recording for booking and turns out I had booked transfers which they lied about and charged me for .Apalling scam company

I sought to change a name on a booking via Jetline email. The email printed on every booking confirmation document was invalid; but the email did not bounce back as undeliverable. Rather, I received messages stating that the company aimed to respond within 72 hours. This went on for weeks. No matter how many times I emailed, a response never came. I also could not call Jetline, as the booking confirmation documents listed only an England telephone number and I live in and booked the trip from the US. Every time I tried to call, I was told the number was unable to complete my call. No correct instructions on how to contact the UK company from the US were printed on booking documents. When finally connected, the representative said that if wanted to change the name in the booking, I had to speak with Edward, and Edward is unavailable. Call back later. I did call back, day after day. I was repeatedly told that Edward was sick and to try to call back tomorrow. At no time did a representative of the company call me back. I I tried to reach Edward daily for nearly 2 weeks, with no success. Still repeatedly told that only Edward could change the booking. In reality, Edward was away from the office for multiple weeks with some pancreas issue. Again, I was never told he would have an extended absence, and I was blocked from making the passenger change with anybody BUT Edward. Where is Edward?? I began to believe that Edward had quit, or perhaps died, or that the company wasn’t real at all. Edward finally returned to the office. He did not contact me. I contacted Jetline for what felt like the hundredth time and was connected. We are now well into September, and I started this process during the second week of August. Edward charged me $700 (which posted to my bank account immediately) and booked two completely new flights to and from Rome, instead of just changing one passenger name. When he asked me to approve these flights, he did not send me a document but a heavily cropped screen shot. I had to use my fingers and scroll left to right to read all the information from my cell phone. By receiving this information in such an illegible way, I overlooked the fact that my outgoing flight had been completely changed and was now set to arrive in Rome at 11:50 am on Day 2 of our 6 night vacation, instead of the original 7:00am arrival time. I elevated our complaint to the department supervisor. At this point, I was in tears and honestly believed I was putting my 78 year old mother in danger for traveling with this company. . Rose told me to stop crying and to drink a glass of water. She then said she would make all possible efforts to get us on a flight that arrived in Rome earlier, to allow us more time to see the city. We are traveling in November. Attractions will close, nightfall comes early, and an 11:50 arrival time virtually takes away one complete day of sightseeing. Rose never called me back and never sent a personal email. Instead, yesterday I received a generic email from the admin team with correct names but still with the 11:50 arrival time. I attempted to reply to this email and received a bounce back message that this email is inactive. I will absolutely never book with Jetline again, and I will post this review everywhere I possibly can. I also hold very strong reservations about booking through Travelzoo, the website I used to book this trip, because once I started having challenges with Jetline, I checked online review sites and was devastated to find review after review from customers vowing never to book with Jetline again. What criteria has Travelzoo been using to vet its suppliers? I’m exhausted and discouraged. This should have been an easy trip. Nothing could be farther from the truth.

The company is really bad! Avoid using it! When I initially purchased my tickets for a vacation in Spain they immediately offered an upgrade for better hotels and flights. I paid extra $1000. When I checked the hotels they were exactly the same quality as prior to the upgrade. My flights were eventually canceled and they offered other flights for which I paid $600 extra! They will swindle you at every step! Stay away from them!

DO NOT agree to any charge on your credit card until you receive a full itinerary and can inspect what they are ACTUALLY providing for your payment. The trip may look wonderful in their advertisement and they will gloss over the specifics on the telephone, but they will actually give you the absolutely cheapest options on everything and charge an exorbitant markup, 100% in my case
