I've had multiple repairs performed by Joe's GE and have been satisfied with each one. The service has a quick turnaround and they keep you informed on the status.

The speaker is working now that had stopped because faulty wire. I noticed issues happening after receiving back that I didn't have issues with before and now do, when calls come in it shuts off and goes to my phone or glitches while playing music now. I'm happy they work but wasn't expecting new issues at about 100 to repair the wire. Customer service was great I never contacted about new issues as I never saw anything about a warranty and I didn't want to be without them for another 2 weeks or so.

Totally impressed with this company! My Beats needed a tricky repair and I wanted to DIY-it. They stated how complicated it would be but that they could do it for a reasonable amount. Filling out the form was easy, shipping there was easy, and everything was well communicated throughout the process. Beats work good as new. They know what they are doing and you can tell they are passionate about it. 👍 👏

All of a sudden, the right speaker in my Beats Studio Wireless 2 headphones was only putting out about 25% of the normal amount of sound. I was afraid that I was going to have to buy a new pair, which are obviously very expensive! I looked for videos online, and found some from Joes. As I watched the video, I realized I didn't want to be cracking those things open and trying to fix or replace anything. I saw that there was the option of mailing them to Joes to be repaired. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with them, and they kept in excellent contact throughout the whole process. Instead of having to buy new premium headphones for $370, I got mine repaired for $55, with free shipping, and they sound as good as the day I bought them. I would recommend Joes to anybody and everybody!

Expert repair brought our Beats products back to like new. They quickly repaired 2 Beats Pills and a pair of Beats wireless Solo Headphones for me. I knew they were in good hands because of the constant communication with tracking details, text and email updates along the way. Highly recommend and will use them again anytime repair is needed.

My son's Solo 2 headphones were broken at the left hinge. I did a Google search for nearby repair shops and noticed that Joe's GE specializes in Beats repairs. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised by the quick response, timely repair and relatively low cost, and not to mention the continued communications between their staff and myself allowing me to know exactly what was happening at all times regarding the repair. Great job, will be referring friends and family.
