Very easy to work with and they really do their best to get the medication you want covered by insurance. Dr. Floyd pointed out my high sugars in my blood work - my primary care physician didn’t even mention it. Lena R. Was a pleasure to work with and great with follow up

The one problem that sequence has is their response time. No matter what question you have it takes them 48 hours to respond. And if they respond with a question and you respond right away, it’s at least another 48 hours for another response and it goes on and on. My daughter had the same issue…very frustrating!

Sequence was one of the best things to happen in my life. They made the process so easy and the staff was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Every single person was so responsive, insightful, helpful, encouraging, knowledgeable and just an all around pleasure to work with. I simply cannot say enough good things about sequence. I admit I was a little skeptical about “seeing” a doctor online, but I felt very well cared for the entire time. To me, the value was exceptional for the service I received. Thank you sequence!

No medication in my area for two months, but still charged $99 fee. FOR WHAT???? It takes days for their follow up, just to hear “we're sorry, we know it's frustrating”. They would do better obtaining and shipping the injections themselves. I wouldn't recommend them to family or friends.

Sequence is seriously AMAZING! Signing up and getting started is fast and easy. The initial appointment with the Dr was better than anticipated. She was friendly, listened to everything I had to say, explained things well, and actually gave me a choice in which route of medication we would go with. My prescription was sent over quickly with no issues. My support team that is available via chat anytime is great. I have never had to actually wait the time that it says it could take to get a response, as it’s always much quicker. Almost every time has been immediate or close to it. Not only that but they are helpful and genuinely kind. Never once has any interaction with anyone at sequence been negative. Having the ability to have one on one appointments with different areas of the program like nutrition, fitness, etc, is fantastic. I was able to sit down, talk to my dietician and get specific questions answered and guidance for what would be best for me in my situation. I love being provided a fitness program that spells out exactly what to do because in the past every time I had a desire to start exercising, I never knew where to start or what to do! Having the plan really helps, plus it gives variations and options so anyone at any level can have a plan. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is because I wish some of it would be more personalized and the groups I would like to join are limited so I just wish they would occur more frequently. Besides that, it would be 5 stars! All of that aside, I have way exceeded my expected weight loss in my first month! Just by starting to incorporate what I have learned from all the different areas of this program, sticking to the changes and making small improvements one at a time! Plus, it’s been relatively easy and fun! If your on the fence about joining a weight loss program like this, join Sequence and I can guarantee you WILL NOT ever regret it! :)

I am very happy with the Sequence program. I didn't know what to expect when I first joined but I found out that the staff has been very professional and helpful every step of the way. I am on a weight loss program and I've lost 35 pounds so far. Thank you for everything. I plan on posting a video review once I reach my goal weight.

Beware! Do NOT recommend! Paid $49 doctor fee with first month “free”. Learned my insurance doesn’t cover this pricey medication, so I cancelled. Two weeks later I am charged $84. Contacted customer service and was told it’s not cancelled and NO refund as I made a 3 month commitment! Literally their website states “ we want to make it simple, cancel ANYTIME”! Ripoff and scam!

Melissa my Care Coordinator is absolutely AMAZING! She has a dream to work with. She always makes sure I am doing well, inquires if I need anything or if I am having any issues. Just an amazing person and I am blessed to have her as part of my care team. Dr. Stephanie Phillips is also an absolute dream to work with. She also makes sure if you are doing well or if you have any concerns or side effects that need to be addressed. She is expeditious when asking for a refill or change in dosage. I definitely made the right decision in joining Sequence and I am so incredibly blessed to have such an amazing team helping in my journey. Dr. Stephanie Phillips and Melissa are my Angels on Earth

Do not use this company! I did not qualify for semaglutides which was fine. I decided to go the contrave route (bupropium/naltrexone). I received an email that the meds had shipped, but after tracking through USPS I realized that only a shipping label had been created and the medicine had not been shipped. The Care Team is not responding to messages and it’s been two weeks. If you are stuck dealing with this company, just report the credit card you used as stolen, to get out off paying for this dumpster fire of a company. It’s an absolute scam.

I have PCOS and have struggled with my weight my entire life. I have never been able to successfully lose weight with any other diets, exercise programs, or medications. With sequence I have been able to lost over 60 pounds in a years time. I couldn’t be happier! My doctor and my care team are so helpful and responsive- I couldn’t be happier!

We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry your experience was not satisfactory, and we understand the frustration with being unresponsive and taking time to receive a denial. Unfortunately, prior authorizations are not determined by us but rather by a member's insurance provider. While we can ensure expediency when submitting a prior authorization, the time it takes to receive a determination is out of our hands. Is there anything we can do to improve your experience with our clinic?

I gave them two stars because an admin responds. They ask you a question and you respond right away and then it takes them another 24 hours to respond so it’s too frustrating when there are so many other options. I’m not even sure if I’ll get the initial $49 and I didn’t have a true consultation but I’m definitely not going to pay monthly for that type of service and don’t want to take a chance that it takes them month of free trial to get the program started.

I can’t thank the sequence team enough for the care and compassion they have each given me. Everyone has not only cheered for me each step of my journey but they truly care. Andy , Stephanie and the others have always taken time to not only follow up but help set goals. My first goal was to lose 10 pounds and then to walk a 5k. I just completed my 17th run and have transitioned into jogging/ run. I have worked with a nutritionist and learned healthier eating habits . I feel better than I have felt in over 10 years and never want to look back! Thank you again to the entire team for giving me my health and life back !!

Horrible experience. Wasted $300 and never got any medication. I asked if I could be refunded and they said no because of all the additional resources they have to offer. I said I never used them, can I get a refund. They said no. Big fat waste of time and $300.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We apologize for any pricing confusion or frustrations around the prescription process. At this time, membership costs cover the services of a member's Care Team, while medication costs and insurance coverage pricing are determined by the pharmacy and a member's insurance formulary, not by our program. For example, members meet 1:1 with their Clinician. They also utilize our Insurance Coordination team to help explore insurance coverage, medication stock, and more. Every member is also assigned a Care Coordinator, Registered Dietitian, and Fitness Coach, and they can use our live support groups and educational group event features. Per our Terms & Conditions, "The Sequence subscription fee is not refundable once a billing period has started. If a member cancels during a billing period, they may access the Sequence program until the end of the billing period. Members may reach out to their Care Team at any point to see when their current billing period ends and their next billing period begins." Is there anything we can do make things better for you and improve your experience with our clinic? We sincerely value your feedback and would love your input.

I can not say enough about the Sequence team! From the start they worked hard with my insurance company, kept me updated, and guided me into this weightloss journey. Andy has been amazing, checking in and providing support when needed. Dr. Carmen has also been so nice to work with. I’ve already recommended this service to several friends and family members!

Joined with high hopes but ended up disappointed. I've basically been paying them to tell me my meds are not available and that they will get back to me in two days. My insurance approved the meds but since there is a storage joining was basically pointless. They havent offered my any real options

We are sorry to hear that even though your insurance approved a medication your pharmacy doesn't have it in stock. Have you talked with your Care Team about alternative treatment options? There are both Core medications and GLP-1s that are not experiencing shortages and are widely available at pharmacies. Rip off. If you have type 2 diabetes you don't need this site, you'll get the meds from your MD. If you're not approved for injectables for weight loss by your insurance due to not having type 2 diabetes, (my insurance is Highmark Blue Cross and they revoked my approval without notice) then what Sequence prescribes isn't really an option due to our of pocket cost. And I was horribly sick, nauseated and fatigued on the initial Wegovi and Mounjaro. Overall, a HORRIBLE MONEY WASTE and upsetting experience.

Hi Laura, thanks for reaching out. if you signed up for a 3-month billing cycle plan at checkout and are facing shortages or issues picking up your prescribed medication, you can get evaluated for one of the medications that are do not have shortages, ask your Care Team to pause your membership, or cancel your membership and terminate your contract early due to shortages.
