I participated in online chats with other people like me, as well as fitness counseling and dietician consultations. My physician is very good and my care plan coordinator keeps in touch. I found the secret to success for maintaining a healthy weight and a healthy life style…Sequence!”

“Could I do less than one star. Please believe those who say this is a scam. The first step was supposed to be a "doctor consultation". It wasn't a doctor but a very unprofessional nurse practitioner. She never indicated she had seen all the records I had to send to them. She just started out -- I'm not kidding--with "what kind of medication do you want?" Isn't that what she is supposed to advise me? I have Medicare and apparently Medicare doesn't cover any of the meds. Shouldn't she have know this ahead of time? I asked her a question about payment. She had no idea. As predicted, Medicare did not approve me for the medication. I haven't heard from Sequence. I asked for someone to call me. Crickets. This is an unprofessional organization. Don't bite the bait like I did.”

“I became aware of the Sequence program because I am an employee of WeightWatchers. I was intrigued because since I’d hit menopause, it was harder and harder to take off the weight that I had put on during and post Covid. But when I went to the doctor and had blood work done and I discovered that I was prediabetic, I knew I had to do something different. Since being prescribed Ozempic in August, my BMI is down, my blood pressure is down, I am no longer prediabetic, and my weight is down! There is no longer food noise, which is amazing! I combine Sequence with Weight Watchers and I use the Sequence features within the WW app, so I don’t even track WW points anymore. I track protein, water, and fruit & veggie intake, which is very different than what I’m used to. However, it does take the weight “no pun intended” off my shoulders of whether or not I should eat something because my focus is different now.”

“this is a scam! I just had my starting appointment and it lasted 2 minutes. Asked about getting the medication as its been on backorder and unavailable everywhere. I asked how they get it and she said there is no guarantee of getting any of the medications. When I asked her what I'm paying for then I was disconnected. Received a message saying that based on my responses I was not a good fit for the program and then she cancelled me from the program.”

“Wish I would have read the reviews before I committed to the program. If the medicine isn't available to get, why do they offer it as an option? Waste of time and money filled with empty promises.”

“Charged for service, but never accomplished anything. No medication. Basically just paid $280 to chat with someone who was of no help. Dont join. Its a scam.”

“This has to be one of the best programs ever if you're serious about losing weight. The care team is amazing and the doctors monitor your entire journey to make sure you are healthy and safe. The team is quick to reply to any questions you may have and is there to help no matter what the situation is. I highly recommend this program; it has been very successful for me. I lost 25 pounds in 3 months.”

“Total scam. After a month's time from signing up, I was still without any medication or actual support. The insurance "preauthorization" process is a stall tactic they use to delay providing a prescription, even if you offer to pay out of pocket, and to force you into additional months' payment into the program. They also don't provide the promised help of finding a nearby pharmacy that actually carries the listed medication options. I am disgusted with them and myself for being taken in and wasting so much time and money.”

When I joined Sequence I truly had zero expectations because nothing else ever worked. After joining I immediately noticed a difference. This program comes with a full support system you can reach out to. They have support groups for almost everything, emotional eating, accountability, fitness, meal planning plus numerous of other group's and you can reach out to anyone on your care team and schedule a video call. This program is not just about the medicine but it is about giving you a full support system to help you along the way. As I move into this holiday season (and into 2024) for the first time I feel in control and I know that I be successful because I know I deserve it and I am not alone on this journey. With my support system at Sequence I have made my health a priority not just something I do after everyone else is taken care of. I couldn’t be more thankful for Sequence.”

“A complete scam I was charged $99 and advised that it was for the prior month despite trying to cancel the plan. Finally got someone to cancel it and they refused to refund me my money and advised I could use it until 9/24. Well I attempted to get my last prescription refilled and they refused and told me because the medication last 4 weeks it would be longer than my subscription. I would have to sign up again to get my prescription! If you can avoid this company do so!”

“Back in 2019, my life changed drastically. My son got sick and I was forced to quit my job and become a full time caretaker. I rapidly gained 22lbs and it gradually crept up to 40lbs. Over the last 3 years, I have tried every weight loss plan and exercise program that I’ve ever heard of. My sister told me about Sequence. With the support and guidance of the doctor, dietitian and everyone employed by the program, I have been able to lose 30+ lbs on the program. I couldn’t be happier with the program.”

“You don't get much for the money. It Felt a little shady. They sent me to a pharmacy that refused to fill my prescription. So they told me to run all over town until I find a pharmacy that would fill it. What a bunch of BS. Just go to your primary Doctor to get a prescription. It's much cheaper and you don't have to throw away $99.00 dollars a month for very little sevice.”

“This program makes it so easy to find obesity medications. Within a week of signing up I picked up my prescription at the pharmacy. I have tried quite a few telehealth providers for various things and by far this has been the best!”

“10/10 would recommend sequence to anybody needing help with losing weight. I gained some weight back that I had lost after having weight loss surgery. I felt defeated and stuck and didn’t know that to do. That’s when I found sequence. Every single step of my journey with sequence has been simple and easy. “just wanted you to know that my weight loss process has been going very well! My diet has been focused on eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, chicken, fish and lean protein rich meat (filet mignon) and sirloin. My daily exercise consists of swimming laps, treadmill, weight machines and recently started playing pickle ball at the Y. I’m very happy and grateful for your guidance and support on my journey to greater health. I also firmly believe this process has given me more happiness, motivation, self confidence and a very positive attitude I also would like to thank Dr. Smith and Taylor for providing me excellent information, guidance, support and a plethora of professional and knowledge in everything needed to obtain a successful weight loss process”

“My doctor has gone above and beyond to make sure the medicine is working with my body. Between requesting blood work and following up regularly, I feel more comfortable than going to my regular doctor. I’ve lost 70 pounds in a year and it’s all thank to the direction my doctor chose for my body, health, and reaction. Sequence has changed my life and so happy to have my life back!”
