Way too many hoops and redundancy. Most of these should have been expained at the beginning of the process, especially the fact that they don't honor Medicare supplemental benefits. This limited my choices down to two medications or pay out great sums of money. I'm very dissapointed to say the least.Lots of time wasted for no reason.

The so-called, Care Team, is a misnomer. It should be called, We Don’t Care Team! They take your money and give you robot-written messages in return. I know that because most responses to my inquiries didn’t even remotely answer my question. And, If you’re old like me, forgettaboutit. Horrible, horrible company but what do you expect from Oprah. I had to cancel my credit card to be sure they couldn’t rip me off further!

I am getting the run around as well. Pretending it takes 2 to 4 weeks for one consult and then taking forever to let me know the response when they have already billed you. I recommend not getting into this scam because even if you only do it for 2 months that's still money they received for no help. Free money

Thank you for your review, Virginia. After completing a few safety and identification checks, members are able to book a consultation. In most states, they can book either a chat or video consultation. Video consultations happen live, while chat consultations take 2-3 business days in the Messages section of the app. After a consultation, your Clinician will recommend appropriate medications. This process is quick and usually happens within 1 business day. After that, many members needs to get prior authorizations from their insurance that says insurance will approve coverage for their medication. Usually any delays in the prescription process happen at this insurance coverage phase and are due to delays on the insurance company's end, not ours. I loved this program! The whole process was very quick and easy to navigate. Unfortunately due to switching to Kaiser I was not able to continue and need the PAs to be submitted for the Zepbound savings cards. My care team was fantastic. Coleman was always so quick to respond and was very helpful in the whole process. My clinician, likewise. :) I absolutely would like to come back in the future and hope to keep my same care team! I give this program a 10/10 and will definitely let others know! Thank you for everything!

Sequence told me prior authorization was approved. The pharmacy stated there was no approval, I called my insurance company and sequence had NEVER submitted a request and misled me. So sequence wrote the prescription without prior authorization. I had to do all the legwork, you would be better off going to your primary doctor. There is no number to contact the company ONLY a chat with a 2day response time. DONOT waste your money!!!!

I have struggled with my weight my entire life and have yo yo dieted and lost/gained but always failed. It felt like I had no will power and would never make it to a healthy weight. When I heard about GLP-1 medications I decided to give Sequence a try. In a year I have lost 50 pounds. The medication quiets the “food noise” and helps me portion control. I am satisfied with healthy choices and an occasional treat doesn’t trigger a binge. My team is so helpful and motivational. They are available whenever I need them and having an insurance advocate helps with navigating the red tape. Thankful for this program!

Would give zero if possible. Asked for a refund and cancelation because "physician" never showed up for consultation appointment. They refunded $5. Nevermind I paid $49 for a consultation I never received. Scam.

I LOVE THIS PROGRAM! I am on my second week of Zepbound, and the third or fourth week of being on the program overall. Here is what I love so far: YOU. Your staff. I have been blown away by the presence, professionalism, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm of your staff. From my "very own" team comprised of Melissa G & Dr. Blackwell, to the other staff I've met via live and asynchronous learning modules, I've been so impressed with YOU. Melissa has been completely "on it" and available for me online all through the beginning of my program. Knowing someone "real" is there is a huge support for me--and she is celebrating and thinking through things with me as needed. That is HUGE. And, the medical-related Q's and wonders I've had have always been addressed quickly and professionally and completely by Dr. Blackwell. You guys ROCK. My initial response to the medication and the program has been great. While I have had a range of side effects including nausea, gastro issues and a little light-headedness, nothing has been overwhelming and all is frankly a lot less than I expected given your great information. My body is responding well to the meds and I am already losing weight at a faster clip than I'd have imagined. Moreover--I now have room and capacity in my head for a balanced, thoughtful approach to changing my nutrition habits--and I could not be more excited and grateful to begin 2024 from such a positive--and life-changing--place. THANK YOU!!!! Looking forward to MORE in 2024!!

The sequence program is a total scam..a huge waste of my time, effort and money! After 2 months of getting the run-around, only to find out that there are absolutely no medications available, and they are fully aware of that. In doing so, they push the use of Metformin, which is a very low level, not recommended drug for weight loss. Save your money..Sequence is a total scam!!

I ended up not filling the prescription they sent in for me and went to my primary care. I told them via chat as that seems to be the only way to reach them that I am not using their service. They charged 49.00 to send a script and on Dec 26 I have an 89.00 charge from them. It's a scam! I am not their customer and now will have to lock my CC and get a new one so they cannot keep charging my card.

My care team keeps giving me the run around. They told me they submitted paperwork for prior approval with my insurance company weeks ago, I called my insurance company Friday, 12/22 and they said they just received the request that day. If I don’t get results this week I am going to cancel and tell everyone I Kong to avoid this program at all costs.

Not a fan, I hear people talk about thier care team. The only thing I get is what appears to be scripted answers since it’s literally verbatim in my messages. I don’t think I’ve ever had a conversation with anyone. It’s basically a service you pay too much for to get you an insurance prior auth for meds you may or may not ever get filled.

I find this company to be extremely unethical. I had heard about some shortages but was hoping they could help me with the Semaglutide medication. Nope. They happily took a three month membership fee but were never able to find any of that medication for me. Meanwhile, I continued to see ads for their company promising the benefits of the prescription meds. Ask yourself…why would a company continue to advertise for new customers during a drastic medication shortage? Do they actually care about you or your health? Or are they just in bed with big pharma and put to get every last cent while giving nothing in return? Needless to say I cancelled.

I am a 58 year old male who has always struggled with my weight, in March of 2023 I fell and injured my back. I knew being overweight was not helping the problem and it was time. I was 263 lbs in August when I started with Sequence along with the Weight Watchers program and was prescribed Wegovi, it was an immediate success! 2 months later Wegovi was in short supply and Saxenda was prescribed, 4 months later I am down 57 lbs. and feel fantastic! The program is easy to use, I eat what I want just in moderation, the points system guides me on what to eat and how much, no fancy (and expensive) diet food, it is sustainable without a lot of effort, I am truly a success story.

I have done very well with the program. I had a good meeting with dietitian and understand my calorie intake etc and got some good feedback for me as far as food choices.

Sequence has been amazing. I am almost to goal weight. I have used all of their people to help with personal dietician, informative classes. Workout programs. Their FB page has so much information. Great experience.
