The clinical nurse talk for 5 minutes about the organization. She couldn’t tell me about the option available for me that was created with out any lab work. They then sent a request to My insurance company with out reviewing my health questions of lab work.

My husband Signed up in October of 2022. Paid 49 dollars to sign up. Insurance would not accept the medication. Never received any prescription or savings card or info on how to obtain med. Did not hear from anybody at sequence following insurance denial. Come to find out sequence had also been charging me 99 dollars each month for NOTHING!! $449 now had been paid to sequence out of my pocket. Again. FOR NOTHING!

Nothing custom about the service. They offer you a list of suggested weight loss GLP-1 options. You're basically freestyling from there going down the list to see which your insurance will pay for. They offer ZERO support and ZERO guidance your basically wasting time as they come back to you with each selection to let you know how you DON'T qualify for this or that GLP-1 because you don't have the required pre-existing condition. My question was why offer this as an option if you know I can't get that prescription without having been diagnosed with that condition. Super slick way to scam customers out of $49 to $99 a pop!

Paid the $49 to join, only to find out that I’m not a good fit because they claim I have a family history of multiple endocrine neoplasia. Which I do not! I was excited and hopeful to get started and they canceled my membership because of something that is completely untrue. I had to google what it even meant because I had no idea. They couldn’t possibly have gathered that information from my short survey I took. Extremely unhappy. I am waiting for a response from Sequences care team. But this absolutely took a shot at my mental health when I finally committed to a program for help and get shot down without a chance.

Was a very frustrating experience. Could not get a direct answer on any of my questions. Kept explaining that the savings coupon was not being accepted at my pharmacy and received no help. They got their money from me and I ended up with nothing.

I waited more than a month for an appointment. When my appointment finally came, I waited an hour for someone to connect to the appointment. They never connected. They apologized, said they’ are “stepping away from that provider” and said they could get me in next week. They also give me a 25$ credit to my bill. That next appointment rolls around and the same thing happens. Very frustrating and poor business skills. Hopefully getting refund is easier than seeing a provider.

Initially, I had a great experience. Then I was "transferred" from Dr. Nadolsky's care (without any discussion/warning) to a provider who literally copy/pasted his texts to me (and when I inquired that it seemed he hadn't looked at my chart, he said he just copies everything bc he has so many patients and it's faster). Then I was transitioned from my initial "care team lead" to a new individual who never materialized. Despite promises on the text interface that replies happen "within 1 business day" I went 4 days waiting to hear from him -- and still haven't. Since it's regarding a refill on a script, it's unprofessional and beyond frustrating, and there's no other way to contact people.

I was excited about this program. I paid my money and scheduled my appointment. The appointment was for 8/1 at 9am. I am here and the link is saying that I have no appointment at this time. There is no way to contact someone aside from the message app and I can't find a phone number to figure out what happened. I am disapointed and this feels like a scam. I would love for this to not be, but I feel like my money was taken, I did the things I was supposed to and now I have no support and no way to figure out what to do next. Frustrated and disapointed. I have attached to screen shots. One clearly stating the date/time of the appointment and the other showing what happened as I kept trying to connect through the log in portal for my appointment. I will wait 48 hours to see if I am contacted to reschedule with an apology and explanation before I seek a refund and let people know about my experience. I felt like I trusted the doctors that I heard about this program from, but maybe it is all fraud and money grab. I hope not, but that is what it feels like right now.

the messaging for tech support is most likely a bot or they don't read the question. Very frustrating- I hope the actual appointment and support will be better than this!
