Really it’s very bad service and I don’t think there’s respect off this company to the customers I pay new Apple headset since 14 February until now I didn’t use because I returned to fix or to find solution until now no update it’s really very bad I don’t advise anyone to pay any item from this company

Just a few hours ago I bought an IPhone 14 pro from mall of the Emirates Jumbo. The seller was Mr. Abdel aziz who pushed me to take unlimited warranty of apple company But he did not tell us that it is only valid for 2 years, on the contrary, he pretended that it has an unlimited replacement warranty. I paid 800 dirhams for this warranty. After paying, he explained that it is only valid for two years. I was a regular customer of Jumbo, butI will definitely not buy from Jumbo again. He destroyed my trust in Jumbo with his incomplete explanations.

I recently purchased a laptop from Jumbo at Sharjah City Centre and also availed their 2-year insurance. However, my experience with their repair and customer service was extremely disappointing. My laptop was sent for repair and was returned to me in a worse condition than when I first brought it in, and there was no apology or concern from the team for the inconvenience caused after taking my laptop again for the second repair. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was not provided with any updates on the status of my laptop, and I had to reach out for information constantly. It's not true that The repair will only take 7 to 10 working, it has been 1 month but up until now, my laptop is not with me. The insurance that was offered also proved to be false, as they will not replace the laptop, even if it's in a very bad condition or if it was mishandled during the first repair. You cannot trust their technicians at all. Overall, I had a terrible experience with Jumbo, and I would not recommend them to anyone. So if you don't want stress, don't buy from them.

Really bad dont go there they will charge u more than market rates . i buy i phone 14 pro max from jumboo near sharaf DG branch they charge me 900/- AED extra for that phone 256 GB please if anyone really want to buy them first check market rates than go there i am really disappointed Poor

worse and worse. delivery without one item... didn't even apologize, i had to chase after them to get the item. They said 1-2 day max and its been 7 days. noone called or delivered anything. Super disappointed i wouldn't ever recommend or buy there anything anymore in the future!!!

Worst service ever. I ordered a TV online after 4 days they say its not available through their supplier, the same TV is sold by other Electronic companies and also by the same supplier online. When i showed them the proof, they delayed the response. I told them to find me a similar TV because it will take 2 weeks to get the refund. Instead no response for days and now when I get a call back after so many follow ups, i have been told that the refund got initiated the same day. This is the worst customer management ever. When you go their store and challenge the price against Amazon they say we are here to provide service incase of problems, from Amazon you dont know who is the seller. To be honest, I get better service over Amazon this this store.

Sold me a broke monitor, told me that I would receive a new one the next day. It has since been a week and still no word. The supervisors are the rudest I’ve spoken to. Now they want to repair the monitor (min 7 days to know if the repair is even possible) and give it back to me. I payed for a new monitor, not a refurbished one.

NO DELIVERY ON TIME, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE with only 1 reply "WE DONT HAVE STOCK" I bought Mobile based on next day delivery (2nd of October, 2022), I have the email confirming next day delivery and until today 11th of October, I am calling the customer service and receiving a reply "NO STOCK". This is very bad service from big company like JUMBO ELECTRONICS to lie to customer just to get money for orders and then everybody will stock with them and need to wait with no other option. Even if I cancel the order there is no way to get back the money before 2 weeks. And we are stock with them and force to wait till they have stock, and this is really unprofessional way and very bad behavior from the company. And for sure I will never buy from them online and I will let all my friends know about it.

very late in repairing, when calling the noise in the store is unbearable, sales persons cannot hear me and i cannot hear them, layout of the store is not convenient when 2 people needs information from of the reception, I cannot say it is my best experience while shopping for electronics

They are selling fake products. They lied to me and sold me an oppo phone only few days battery cannot last for 1 hour. They are dealing in fake products. Do not buy from this. Especially Sahara center Branch. There is an Indian lady selling oppo phones she is a big liar. She sells on lies. Fake products with lies. All their policies are lies written. Someone need to go life on Facebook continues to campaign against them. I pay extra 200 AED as instructed. They told me that Incase phone is not good I will pay 10%and return the old phone. But when I get there the team was so arrogant and told me to keep the phone for maintenance I used this fake phone only for 1 week and I couldn't record whatapp voice message.

I ordered samsung galaxy S21 FE 256 GB phone via online. the moment i ordered this phone, system shows samsung galaxy ear buda free + 1 yr samsung care plus also with the price aed 2299. That night this offer they removed. I suspected that my delivery also will be without samsung galaxy ear buds. My suspicionwas right. I got the delivery without samsung galaxy ear buds and no where mentioned about the samsung care plus 1 yr free in the invoice. When i contacted Jumbo , they told that right now they dont have smausng galaxy ear buds no stock. they will ship it later. I dont whether they will ship it or not and about the samsung care they told their representative will register it later. These two things i dont have any guarantee whether I will get it or not. In my knowledge I prefer avoid to buy phones form jumbo online.

Bought a Samsung phone from jumbo that overheated excessively and didn't have capacity for apps. I bought salama insurance as additional 'worry free'. my device is defected and they want to change mother board and battery instead of exchanging for a non defected phone. Don't buy salama and don't think samsung is fixed by Samsung but by jumbo technicians. Very misleading. The technical team admitted its defected but said to change the inbuilt battery which compromises unit further. Surely burning hot phones are recalled? No 👎 they will return with motherboard and battery. Surely a new Samsung wouldn't need that in first year. Aren't phones supposed to last 3 to 4 years before technicians start hampering or compromising the unit? Beware that Samsung here will not exchange even under warranty. Salama insurance is a joke it makes false promises.

The team is not helpfull at all, they kept my earphone for two months After visiting the store and asking for the reasone one of the staff told me that consumer rights and managment cant do anything, its all in his hands When i asked to see the manager he thrown the peice in my face. Now two weeks later they want me to pay for delivering the peice be ause they think that feeling unsafe to enter their store is not a valid reasone!!!!!

Worst delivery in UAE!! Received the TV from Lulu on time but Jumbo’s installation team were delayed for more than 1.5 hours from the agreed time!! With no prior notice! Now I need to wait for them till tomorrow to come and install!

In MOE Very very bad customer service.(HORRIBLE) Sales peeson not help full and making more complicated .and after paying if you ask anything about product they dont want to answer.now i will not purchase anything from jumbo.

Pathetic customer service manager I have ever seen in my life. Customer service was horrible. In MOE branch I purchased the iPhone and I went to have a quick bite and I open the phone. I tried to configure my details and phone was not working. Instant I went to the store and I told them to replace it with new device bcd I didn’t wanted to have a failed device when I purchased it wi full money. Agent said he will speak to the manager and manager was pathetic. He was not ready to give a new phone and neither give me a voucher. I was completely went blank and I yelled them to be fare. Instead manger and agent both refused to help. Agent told me to keep the device and come tomorrow afternoon, they will check with the apple, I ask for the receipt and he refused to give. Then I asked afternoon what time bcd I was flying on next day. He told me after 7pm I was furious and told him 7pm is not afternoon. Manager asked me to go to apple store. I have purchased the phone from Jambo, why would I go to apple store, when I haven’t even use the phone. Never in my life I haven’t seen such a rude customer service. They even call the security for 2 girls, which was me and my sister. I would never ever recommend anyone to go to your store

recentlt gave my bose soundtouch 30 speaker for repair as it was not turning on. I gave it to the service center in Al Fahidi, Jumbo . 3 days later i got an estimate saying it will cost me 750 aed to get it fixed. For whicj i rejected as the cost is too high. Later the same day March 8th 2022, i got a call from the bose technician saying if you pay 450 aed, we can trade in the device for a new one, the same model. I agreed too for the same. 3 days passed, but no information about the same was given to me. So i called the customer service to raise a complaint. The technician calls me and refutes the claim saying no one called me , and their office closes at 5 pm. This is so not right and i feel mislead. I terribly disappointed by this whole situation. Jumbo electronics has really let me down. Misleading and not worthy of customer satisfaction.

Kindly don't purchase from jumbo. We bought a piece from jumbo and it's battery was draining out fast. As advised by call center we reached their store in Burdubai. They refused to Change the product and said of we need to change they will deduct 15% of the total amount. The attitude and customer service is vey poor. Guys buy from amazon or noon, they will refund the total amount atleast.

I just buy an Mi Watch cost 479dhs . I don't like the features in the same ! So I would like to return the watch then went to the jumbo in mirdiff city within the valid return policy period! They Told me like won't able take it back because the pandemic reasons! Already discussed with the same with their customer team and no use ! I have to use it anyway ! This is it ! Once you buy it never think about return it! Not possible with jumbo ! #return _|_.
