Non-existent service. The computer camera is horrible, it crashes constantly, horrible sound; it has multiple issues. I can’t share screen on work calls (primary work activity for me) as it crashes. Had to purchase an external camera as the image was so grainy. My 5 years old laptop which this was replacing has significantly better video and sound. 7 day “easy exchange” appears to be printed words only. When you call they say it’s 5 days. Exchange was refused. I am not seeking a refund, only to exchange for a working product. I asked for a manager call back. No call. Now it’s passed the 7 days. I ordered online but apparently I must physically go into a store for “repair”, no exchange. Almost 16,000aed for a piece of garbage computer. Through work I’ve order thousands of computers. This is the first time I’ve been stuck with such a useless machine and no service by the vendor. I’ve made a costly error purchasing this Dell from Jumbo. I won’t make this error again. It’s staggering that Jumbo is okay with having a client pay 16,000aed for something they can’t use. Disappointing and frustrating.

I purchased a 12-month PS Plus subscription 3 days ago from their online store and I still didn’t get the code. I got in touch with their customer support and they insisted that the code has been sent to me when it has not. I then visited them personally and after doing some phone calls, they told me that there was a problem with the code generator and that they will get back to me. It has been 3 days and I still didn’t get any response from them. I asked for a refund but they told me that was also not possible. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with online shopping ever and needless to say, I will not be purchasing anything from Jumbo ever again

I bought 5:30pm october 14,2021 and i got the item at 8:30pm. When i got home i tried the merlin projector, it is defective. I returned to jumbo dubai mall at 1pm next day. The service manager said. If he stick with the policy he will not exchange the product since it is already opened. It fell me crazy them. If how will i know if the product is defective if i will not try it. In just 17 hours. Not even tried watching movies.

item missing in box!! so i bought the new MS pro 7 that comes with a surface pen. had them install all needed MS package as well for lifetime. came back home, when i opened the boxes, turned out that the surface pen box is empty, the pen is not inside of the box! dono what to say, i have been chasing them for week calling everyday now to give me a surface pen, and they go by saying well CCTV camera didnt show anybody opened the box! so if i dont have the pen and they didnt take it then what ? i know that i am not lying ! if you wana buy from them, make sure to see all items before u leave the shop. im lucky it was the pen which was missing and not the screen or the charger!

They are scammers ooooo people dont buy nothing from them i have just being scammed through their whatsapp i have lost 10,750 dollars please guys stay far away I have being scammed and I am going to sue this company please don't buy from here for your own good please please below I am going to upload their manager iD this is the fake invoice they made to me they are scammers guys please don’t buy nothing from them I advice

Beware from jambo saleman and Manger they make target customer 1 customer out of 100 because no one understand they cheat me i take note S20 when i check charge going down with using I reached store they they will send Samsung and if report its OK means mobile is OK and they give report mobile OK but I facing problem still but they not listening mobile screen touch also not working. They all cheating customer my money already I loss but other customer please take care when u reached first one salesperson dealing with you and when u ready suddenly one salesman will come and joined with you means u r the target. Beware Beware

please do not buy anything from jumbo online ... this is the worst experience i ever had . they will deliver defective piece and spoil your time to replace it. and their process is just time consuming

Unfortunately it was really bad experience with them. Jumbo reputation on trust or any company on that matter, but very disappointing to deal with reputed dealer as street thief.

I purchased a Kenwood Food Processor. Upon opening the packaging, I found the plastic parts to be very flimsy and very poor quality. Decided to return it and the trouble starts. First response from the Cust. Care rep was that since I have opened the box, I cannot return it. I wonder how does a customer get to know the product quality without opening the box. After a lot of push-pull arguments, finally he says okay you can try returning to a store and see if they will accept it back. And oh, by the way, there will be a 15% restocking charge. Seriously, is this what has become of customer service in UAE?

Online purchase, a big disaster, never opt to buy, you will regret. They will cheat at every possible way, for instance you order for delivery, they will say that u choose collectikn from store, if delivery required you have pay even when you buy more than the limit of free delivery. Just keep away from these guys.

Please do not deal with this company or their sales team they will scam you out of your money!!!! I have not gotten what I paid for , not a tracking number ,not even a receipt, they have scammed me out of $700 and continuing to ask for more when I havent even recieved my package. What type of business is this?? There sales manager Mr Ryan or " John Anyachukwu " I have asked for a Refund of my money and I was told No! Now I'm publicly asking for my money and am willing to take legal action. Where's my Refund?? Or Send me what I paid for!!!! IF ANYONE HAS EXPERIENCED THIS PLEASE COME FOWARD !!!! THIS IS A SCAM AND WE MUST STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING TO THE NEXT!!!!

I ordered a TV from carrefour. The TV was meant to be delivered on 4th Feb. I even agreed to pay AED 150 extra when the guys would arrive to install my TV as the agent said that it would be delivered quicker. I had travel plans on 5th Feb and have had to move this only cause of this delay. I’ve called jumbo so many times and they say it’s high priority but didn’t even have the decency to call back. So annoyed and never going to use this place ever again.
