“I needed half of my doubke garage emptied. And a fridge taken away from the garage. There was some old food it and they dudnt take that junk away. I hired this company to get rid if what i dont want. They put the food in a plasic little bin its arill out sude my house. People aew like why you git garbage foid there i said junk junk dint take food junk is junk. Removal .mad3 easy well no one i knkw will ever go to ykir compsny as rhey se3 what was left for me. So whatever its berm there montjd now dont bothet me none its bsd for yjur co.mpany i knlw many wramthy peoole abd they know proplr i ssid jusy lookbat my junk they left. “Their online estimator is flawed as is actually uses a big (20'-24') truck. But their actual truck that arrived was an open air 10 foot truck, which they claimed was 8 feet wide, but at 8 feet it would not drive easily on city roads as it would need a w-i-d-e load license. Being open air, which means no top and the sides weren't even more than 3.5' tall. So I don't know why their description claims 10' x 8' x6'. My own junk was just 8 average sized garbage bags that weren't even more than 15lb per bag and 8x76L Rubbermaid totes. Using their online estimator I thought I was being generous by estimating 1/6 load. But to my surprise, they claimed it was half a truck, AFTER they loaded their truck. To unload, they wanted to charge me double their ridiculous price. I should have went with the moving company who by their own word and online description will actually bring a 20' truck and not that tiny flatbed they claimed was all they were allowed under COVID rules.”

“This is about the fifth time I have used your service. The team that came this time was extremely unfriendly. Did the job but had to ask them to wear boot covers so they wouldnt dirty the floors. In general your service is too expensive.”
