“Excellent drivers, great communication and very quick. The items were removed from my house in less than 15 minutes with no mess or issues. I am beyond impressed with Just Junk and will absolutely use their service again. It would have cost me about the same to get a truck, pay the dump fees and have a couple of helpers.”

“This company does everything right. Called because the ad said same day junk removal. I called and the receptionist was so nice and I am really particular about phone etiquette. She took down all my information, repeated it and told me to expect a call around 1:00pm. I received my call, Jake and his coworker came over. Super polite, efficient in clean and pressed uniforms. And the price was so cheap. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again.”

“I looked up junk removal companies at 9am to remove an old mattress and box spring and by 2:30pm that afternoon Kaleb and Zach arrived, quoted me, loaded up, and drove away. They were friendly, kind, and amazingly efficient. Covid-19 protocols were impressive, and while I took everything down to the curb for them, I would have no issues inviting them into my house. To top it off they explained about how the mattress and box spring will be RECYCLED not thrown in the dump. Those two will be the first I call the next time I have items to remove. Thanks gents!! :)”

“March 21 2021 Nick and Simran arrived promptly to our HALTON home , following all COVID protocols, introduced themselves, and even with masks I could tell they were smiling! They worked beautifully together to carry our massive freezer upstairs and OUT! Excellent service and I have no doubt that we’ll call again in the future. “I called JustJunk to get rid of some stuff that I was not able to give away. They came right in the morning with a positive attitude. I was very pleased by their efficiency - they even swept my garage full of leaves. I would highly recommend the service of Kenon and Warren! The only reason I did 4 stars was because the price adds up very quick. In my opinion, it was too expensive.”

“Booked it online with details of location and stuff. Day before they called me and cancelled with no apology saying they do t do retirement homes with covid. Left me high and dry with elevator booked. Why didn't they call me when I made the reservation. Fortunately was able to book Two Men and Truck last minute for same timeslot. Not professional.”
